I called these people because the oven in my 21 year old Imperial Range quit working. It’s a commercial unit I use at home… my cookstove. They came promptly, analyzed the problem, did a temporary fix so it was safely usable and placed an order for parts. While Jon the service guy was here, he got the open griddle working correctly and noted that I had two top burner starters that needed replacement. He ordered parts. About a week later, Jon called, parts were in and we set a time for him to come finish the work. He showed up on time, got all the parts installed and tested and was gone pretty quickly. Given that it took two trips, factory parts and assembly/disassembly twice to finish the work, I wasn’t unhappy with the cost. Jon was on time both times, didn’t make a mess, got the work done correctly and was very pleasant to deal with. I can’t imagine getting better service anywhere… definitely a five star outfit… even their office person, Laura, was helpful with initial scheduling and I’m not sure what else but the whole experience was easy. I’m very happy.
