I have lived at the mountain run apartments for about 5 months now. I really like the neighborhood and complex. It’s quiet and seems really safe. I’ve never personally had any issues. The apartments are all upgraded and have granite countertops, new appliances and small W/D. Renter pays gas and electricity. I live by myself and they are each about $ 20.00 a month. There are also no bugs in the apartment, which can be an issue(cockroaches) in ABQ. The apartment complex itself is nicely maintained and always looks nice and clean. There is also a nice plaza that has a Smith’s and two bars. I have two concerns 1) The office always seems to be chaotic. I put in a work order when I first moved in April 2015, and the issue was never fixed. I’ve contacted the office 3 times and no response. 2) I live in the smaller 1bd/1ba and there are not enough outlets in the kitchen. There’s 2 outlets but 1 is by the sink and the other is on the other side of the bar. But if that’s all I have to complain about all and all it’s good. P. S. the rent seems to fluctuate in ABQ so if you get this apartment at a deal get a year’s lease!

Évaluation du lieu : 5 Albuquerque, NM
I just recently moved to Albuquerque from New York and absolute love this apartment complex! After originally trying to get an apartment at Broadstone High Desert and being treated like garbage, I was pleasantly surprised by this apartment community. First, the staff are extremely nice and helpful. A guy by the name of Patrick went the extra mile all the way through the lease process and the rest of the staff has followed suit ever since I moved in 3 months ago. They always greet me with a smile and a genuine hello, and I never feel intimidated to walk into the office with an issue or question. The maintenance staff is just as good, and attend to any issues I have in my apartment right away. Second, the property is excellent and well kept. There is green grass, the pool is constantly clean, and the other facilities are kept to a high standard. I love all the amenities such as the large pool, the hot tubs, the theatre, the workout room, and yoga studio. There are always plenty of places to park, and sheltered parking is available if I wanted it. Lastly, the apartment itself is a nice size for the cost and has exactly what I need to live comfortably. I have stainless steel appliances in my unit, along with a washer/dryer combo, walk-in closet, nice size bathroom, and breakfast bar. My walkout patio is nice to sit and read a book, and the air conditioner cools my place down in an instant if it gets too hot. Overall Mountain Run Apartments has exceeded my expectations in all categories and I would gladly recommend this wonderful community to anyone.
