The drugs are still amazing but the scenario that they get paid upfront for a year of treatment lends to lousy follow through and VERY bad customer service. I’ve been jerked around now for over a month were they say we’re using a new pharmacy and they only send little quantities at a time even though I payed upfront for one vial per month. The ones who answer the phones are clueless and fumble at every move. I am told one thing and something entirely different happens! Lots of promises that hold NO AIR!
