Old Navy 6097

This place is ALWAYS dirty with horrible customer service. Piles of clothes on the floor… employees walk by without acknowledging you. It is absolutely terrible.

What the heck happened to Old Navy. I felt like I needed a tour guide just to find what I was looking for. I can embrace change, but shouldn’t change only come for the better? This store is completely revamped and difficult to maneuver. Normally Old Navy is good for novelty t shirts for 4^th of July, St Paddy’s day, etc. The selection was so small. Very disappointing.

If you’ve been to one Old Navy, you’ve been to them all. Old Navy in general has a great selection of basics for semi-​affordable prices (especially when you hit the clearance section). I say semi because the quality is so-​so. There isn’t anything about this location that stands out to me. I do think it’s a bit crowded and messy. I rarely pay full price for items (because $ 20 – 30 for kids jeans is outrageous in my opinion). The clothing in general is cute, but doesn’t last more than one season (maybe two if you take good care of your clothes). I think the sizes run big because I can always fit into a smaller size than I usually wear :). I notice the quality is inconsistent. I have 3 of the same size and style of jeans, but they all fit differently (so try everything on). The clothes, in general, lose their shape and color quickly. Overall, Old Navy is a decent place to get seasonal wear.

I went in looking for a specific item I’d seen advertised. I went to the store around 11 am on a Tuesday, when the mall is pretty quiet. I couldn’t find what I wanted. I saw some pants I really liked, but there weren’t any in my size in the color I wanted. I found another pair I liked but couldn’t find anyone to unlock the dressing room. I might as well have been alone in the store for as many employees as I saw. I ditched the $ 30.00 jeans I was interested in and bailed. There are more places that sell that sort of basic clothing style that have a little better service.
