I was willing to give them a try, but they make it impossible to contact them via email! You have to set up a date and time for the cleaning — which I’m not ready for — and if you try to email them through their «contact us» you have to give all your personal info (including address) and agree to their terms of service.
I just want to know if they come to my neighborhood.
If the map on Unilocal is accurate, they do not.
If they make it this hard to try to do business with them, I will gladly go to a competitor!

I recently used oxi clean on my carpets and will not use any other type of carpet cleaning company again. My carpets have never looked so good! I am so happy I discovered this product and most of all this company. Their customer service was excellent from scheduling to the actual cleaning of my carpets. They have great staff and products. Thank you!

I have to give this place props for doing a wonderful job on getting our carpets clean. We have two little kids who like to run amuck in the play room and, even though we don’t allow shoes on the carpet, it can get to looking a bit drab. The staff they sent out was running late but did call in advance to advise me of the issue. The carpets looked great, dried quickly, and no overwhelming chemical smell/​feel. My only little complaint (oh so little) is that it seemed to take a long time but given how nice it looked I was not too upset. Also, since we had a large portion of carpet cleaned we were also given a bottle of stain remover — Nice! When we need the carpets cleaned again we will definitely use Oxi Fresh!

This company knows what customer service is all about. We used them to clean my grandparents soiled white carpets. Their service is kind and helpful. The carpets dried quickly and looked like new when they were done. Everyone in our family now uses them and of course my grandparents are repeat customers! Awesome local company!

I used steam cleaners in the past and they don’t compare to OxiFresh. My carpets dried in about an hour and the stains didn’t come back. If you are on the fence about a carpet cleaning company try these guys! I’m a customer for life!

I used their service recently before moving into my home and it was amazing. The carpets were clean and fresh, not crusty like places I have used in the past. Will definitely being using them again and would recommend them to anyone.
