Humorous. Sent in a pickup order over the web. I arrived there 10 min early. The restaurant is nearly void of patrons. No line. She tells me that they will have my order ready at 3:15. In the meantime, they are all standing around. At 3:13 she starts to fix my pickup order. It was bizarre and surreal.

Visiting from San Francisco, this location was empty, which was great, I didn’t have to fight the long lines like at home. The prices are lower compared to other Panda Express’ at home. I got a main entry and 4 sides for $ 11.00 dollars. For the price and no lines, this is the best Panda Express I’ve been too. Bonus, they have a drive thru.

Pretty good. The restaurant is always crowded which means the food is usually pretty fresh. I eat there once a week and it’s usually good.

I became acquainted with Panda Express in California working on an ICU as a night time travel nurse. The service was fast and the meals reheat well. That said, my opinion of this large chain has waned. I have seen the prices increase and the quality drop. The favorite item, orange chicken is often chewy and not crisp. In the event that I visit Panda Express after 9 pm, the menu is limited as they are too afraid of wasting any food to cook many of the items they claim to offer. This tells me that much of their food sits for long periods under a heat lamp. I guess that fresh is not a priority to them, and it seems that their policies are more bent toward profit than a quality product. Other small Chinese businesses are open just as late in my area and they make their entrees fresh, with less than ten minutes of waiting time. but if you are needing fast Chinese food, well, that is what you will get from Panda Express, and not much more!

I will never go to this Panda Express again. They are always out of something or make you wait 15 minutes because they have to cook a new batch. Tonight they were out of Chow Mein. How incompetent does a general manager have to be to run out of a main staple of their business. It would be similar to McDonalds running out of French Fries. Anyhoo…typically love PE, but this store is horribly run and I won’t be back.

I used to be a big fan of Panda Express. The last few times I’ve been here I keep hoping it will improve. The food is really just mediocre. Nothing great to say. Nothing completely awful to say. I guess that speaks in volumes.
