I had an appointment scheduled three weeks ahead of time for my daughter. I live 35 minutes away from the office. When we arrived the receptionist asked if I had gotten her message regarding my insurance. Said,“no.” I then asked when she left the message. She replied, «yesterday». She NEVER left a message. And even if she had, why risk waiting until the day before the appointment to contact me regarding insurance not covering the exam???
There are over 300 eye doctors in Albuquerque. I won’t be back!

About a year ago, I purchased a Groupon for Pearle Vision and got a great deal on a couple of pairs of glasses. I like the glasses and the service was exceptional. Since then, I’ve had to come back a few times for repairs and the guys there are always so nice. One time I’d bought a pair of sunglasses online and asked if I could buy a case for them. They offered me one from their collection without charge. I’m needing an eye exam again and they suggested the eye doctor next door. While I’m guessing she is affiliated with Pearle, I trust John and someone else mentioned that an AARP discount might be applicable.
