Food is very good, but the restrooms are dirty and the outside seating looks like it has never been cleaned since it opened. It’s disgusting!

Pretty darn good for«fast» Asian fusion. Not bad for a chain. Lots of choices and options. Staff is good and friendly. Nothing bad or great, just good food in decent time.

We have frequently been to this location and more than once there has been no ice no silverware poor food quality no place to sit dirty tables and lack of management. They have messed up on orders repeatedly and burnt the food, other customers have been complaining highly recommend Pei Wei on Louisiana.

I am gluten intolerant. I ate here today, ordered gluten free, and got poisoned. Not ok for a restaurant that offers a gluten free menu. I’m feeling sick after eating it, and that means I’ll be sick with stomach pains for the next 4 days. Not cool.

We have frequented this location and have always been pleased. However, today, tables were not clean, had to do it yourself, soda machine was empty, food was slow beyond reasonable. When we asked about seating, soda etc, we were sharply responded to. Be a long time before going back.

This place is filthy. Every surface is covered in greasy fingerprints and scuzz. We were the very first customers of the day. The place has obviously not been cleaned from the night before. The restroom smelled like a dirty subway. The soda machine was disgusting. Every chair and table was greasy. The forks I pulled out were actually stuck together. The ‘manager’ was walking around drinking a soda with his shirt untucked. Not professional. We used to eat here often and have seen a steady decline. If you’re craving Pei Wei go to Uptown. Avoid this place.

This use to be one of my favorite places. Great food, good portions, fair prices and excellent customer service all use to things you could expect from Pei Wei. Now that the portions have shrunk WHILE raising prices and customer service is no longer a priority all this place has is good food quality. I use to eat Pei Wei at least once a month or both dine in and take out. Over the past year disappointing visits have made me not go as often. Now after the last visit I think I need a break from Pei Wei for awhile. If you like over priced rice and don’t care if staff are friendly then Pei Wei is the perfect place for you.

I give this restaurant 1 star because of the lack of care from the kitchen manager on duty. As my friend was eating she found a small piece of plastic in her food. She simply removed it. Then, a few minutes later she found a small piece of broken green glass in her rice, which she did not see and put in her mouth. She bit down on it(how she found it) and this resulted in sore teeth as the evening wore on. Anyhow, she kindly and respectfully told the manager on duty, which happen to be the kitchen manager. He was surprised yet did nothing about it. Instead, his words spoken implied that she put it there! We were completely shocked and angered. He didn’t really seem to care. Even his weak apology conveyed someone who quickly wanted to be done with the situation. We won’t be going there again. Costumer service is just as important as good food.

I love Pei Wei and am so disappointed in this location. I ordered my fave, Pei Wei spicy chicken with brown rice, sat down and then was told they had no brown rice so I settled for fried rice. The food came and I noticed a small piece of plastic in my food. I thought well, someone made a mistake while chopping, no biggie. Then, I was almost finished with my meal and I bit into something super hard so I stopped chewing and pulled out a piece of green glass the size of a pencil eraser! I asked for the manager and Mike came out to speak with me. I tried to be courteous and keep my voice down so all the other customers would not hear what I had found in my food. He couldn’t believe it, he said he was speechless. Mike came over to the table where my friend and I were eating, and looked at the glass. He said he was sorry but didn’t know how this could have happened since there was no glass like this in the whole restaurant, implying that I had put it in my food! He apologized once again and walked off. He made no effort to rectify the situation. I am very disappointed and disgusted with this customer service. My tooth is still hurting from biting into the glass. I will never eat here again!

I previously rated this place with 4 stars but just went there today and was disappointed with the quality. We ordered carry out this time so maybe that was the difference. Ordered kung pao beef, sesame chicken, and thai dynamite chicken. The portions seemed smaller than what I remember. The beef was mad salty. Both chickens tasted good but neither were crispy like when we dined in before. For these reasons, the place loses a star. They were pretty busy since it was around lunch but that shouldn’t affect the quality…

I love Pei Wei. I always have a pleasant experience here. I get the Pad Thai every time and it’s always delish. We waited forever one time due to a large carry out order that was placed and they offered us a small gift card due to our wait which was very kind of them to do. Customer service is always pretty good. I do have to say though, if you have a dish that comes with tofu, unless you want half your meal to be tofu, request they eliminate it or go easy on it. It’s always overpowering how much they put in, I don’t get why they put so much.

We love this location Pei Wei. The customer service is wonderful, food is always delicious and fresh, the portions sizes are great, and now that they have sushi we love it even more.

Came in to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch and was very pleased with the service, food, and atmosphere! The mango sushi rolls were amazing! Will definitely be eating here again when in town.

Not a fan of this place. It had been a couple of years since Ive been here. Now i remember why it had been so long. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and thought it had a strange flavor. I should have went to Chows Asian Bristo.

I used to love Pei Wei… it was fast, had great portions, the food was really good and it was priced well. Unfortunately, for me, it’s not that same place since they changed their menu. We visited today, ordered small meals, waited a while(the restaurant was about 30% full), there was a «mix up» on one of our orders so we had to wait a bit more before we could all eat and ended up paying for lunch what I’d usually pay for dinner. I’m not sure what prompted the change but I’m so disappointed in the new Pei Wei, I doubt I’ll be back anytime soon.

I haven’t tried any of the wok dinners, but we tried the sushi and chicken lettuce wraps when we were there. The food was good. Of course with sushi it was the standard 8 pieces, but as I looked around at other customer’s plates it looked like portion sizes were pretty big! When you go in you have to wait in line to order your food and then you can get a table. It was dinnertime on a weekend when we went and so it was a little hard to find seating. The sushi is new on the menu and for a faster food place they were pretty good. The lettuce wraps were enough for 2 people. If you’re craving Asian food and want something faster this is a great choice!

The management was confused with regard to tips for servers at the register. The couple across from me were never checked on with regard to the patio except for a lovely young lady that seemed on her toes. As a side note, always leave your umbrellas up and open when the weather is nice in Albuquerque.

Let me start off by saying«this is nothing personal.» I have always been a huge Asian food fan so I know the good from the bad. This place, not the specific location, but the chain as a whole does not have the best food. One of the main issues I have with it is that all the entries seem to be dry and pasty. I do appreciate that they offer brown rice for the health-focused customer but it really doesn’t do much to offset the bad nutritional value of the entrees. Prices are fair and portion sizes are pretty good but overall if you are looking to eat some good Asian fast food I would recommend panda over this place any day. I do give this location props for always being clean and well kept. They have also never messed up my orders. However they always take a long time to get the food out whether you get take out or dine in.

Not good. Ordered online and got a ready time of 8. Got there at 8 and waited 15 minutes to get told they were out of the sushi we ordered but wanted to know of we wanted what they had left. Really, here have the sushi we have left. Ordered the Pad Thai with steak and shrimp, would have better off stopping at Sams club and getting a frozen dinner, the steak reminded me of steakums and the shrimp was rubber and had zero taste which was better than the way everything else tasted but with all the grease it was hard to tell how anything tasted. It is wrong to call that dish Pad Thai, it should be Bad Thai. The fortune cookie was OK.

Pei Wei is always consistant everytime and each time they offer great Asian Fusion cuisne! Some of my favorite items on the menu have to be the lettuce wraps, kung pao chicken, and dan dan noodles.
