Like many, i bought a Groupon for this place. When I first made the appointment, i was excited. But after two reschedules(by them, not me) and a confirmation email letting me know that if I arrive a little early and the door is locked, it means a session is in progress, please wait in my car. Sooooo… by the morning of my appointment i was no longer excited, it was a kind of «let’s get this over with» feeling. I had also read the reviews on Unilocal and was thereafter terrified. I’ve never seen such anger and viciousness before in reviews. So here it is. They saw me on time, and I had a nice experience. Unlike most of the reviewers, I like being able to schedule online. It’s easier for me to do things by email and text than by phone. This is a no frills place to go on, get a decent massage and facial. I do take issue with them calling themselves a ‘day spa’ when there’s no tub or sauna or robes and such. But, if you want all that, you have to pay more than that. My therapist looked tired when I first saw her but was pleasant and friendly, and perked up when she started working. I got a full over massage and a nice facial, and I felt relaxed and soft afterwards. She chatted pleasantly, but not too much, and showed an interest in me. I was not charged any extra fees other than tax. She did a good job, paid attention to me, and it was a nice experience. Having said all that, some low-cost suggestions: straighten up the waiting area(what was in that bucket?) and arrange the furniture to hide all the cords, they look tacky. Don’t have an employee’s teenager laying on her stomach using a laptop in the waiting area, make her sit in the back. She’s not working. Maybe wear something other than jeans. Consider a small CD player with some nature sounds and soothing music on it playing in the waiting room, it masks noise and ensures privacy. Get a refrigerated water dispenser for the waiting area, the kind with those jugs you change out. And most of all, don’t keep rescheduling people. Most aren’t as patient as i am. I’ll probably be back. Good luck!

Terrible customer service. Bought a Groupon, took forever to make appointment since no one ever answers the phone. I had to cancel due to sickness, wanted to reschedule and I was told I had to call 48 hrs. in advanced. I called a day before my appointment, I was seriously sick, it’s not like I knew I was going to get sick that specific day. Asked for a refund and I never got a response. Please don’t go into business if you don’t know how to run it professionally.

Wow! Dido to everything that has been stated above. This company is just using Groupon to gain quick cash for no services rendered. I nicely mentioned to Christine that I wanted to work with her but she just became rude.

This place is so so so unprofessional! I called this place at least 20 times since last Saturday trying to book a couples massage with my Living Social, and could not get a hold of anyone. Finally I decided to text them and could barely get a hold of them that way either. Then after playing text tag, phone tag, and a facebook message I decided to call again, and Christine, the scheduler answered and was so rude, talked over me, and was insanely unprofessional with dealing with customers! I have never been so talked down to before by a perfect stranger. She seems to have no care or consideration for customers or the business she works for. Since I was unable to be worked with she told me to go on ahead and get a refund which believe me I will do! I hope that nobody tries to work with this company because it fails in customer service! It shouldn’t take a week to get a hold of a company, and not only that but they should try to work to get customers! Maybe your experience will be better than mine, but I would not recommend this place to anybody! I have gotten massages else where and had way better experiences and been treated with common courtesy!

RUN. RUNAWAY. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is hands down the worst massage business I have ever dealt with. I won’t go into every detail, but here’s the gist. My wife and I purchased an online coupon for Perfect Reflextion for a one-hour couples massage. When she called their phone number, she got an automated message saying they only make appointments through their online scheduler. My wife scheduled our massage for one of the available appointments listed online. The next day she received a brief email saying simply«This time doesn’t work for us» and was asked to reschedule. Fine. Things come up. My wife asked when the next available appointment was to be sure we got an open one; they very rudely responded that we just needed to go back online to see. We rescheduled. Two days later, they canceled our appointment again. They claimed that all of their therapists were out of town, something that was not indicated on their online calendar. Again, we were told that all we could do was go back online to reschedule. That’s what we had been doing! So unprofessional. We made a third appointment. An hour before the appointment we received a text alert confirming, then immediately received a text canceling. When we called to find out why, we were told that the therapist had to register her kid for school. Registering kids for school is fine, but it’s not like that sneaks up on you. Why was this not reflected in their online calendar? Why could they only give us an hour’s notice? We told the representative that this would be our fourth scheduled appointment and that we were not pleased with the scheduling. The representative basically told us we should be grateful because the previous cancellations were to accommodate state-mandated massage therapist testing and that if we had a problem it was with the state. Then she fed us some line about how hard it is to schedule a couple’s massage because you need two therapists and that it’s so difficult to make sure their schedules coincide. She rescheduled us again. We asked for some guarantee that our fourth appointment would be honored. The representative explicitly refused to offer us any assurance that they would honor their fourth appointment for us because«life happens»(yes, she literally said that). Never do business with these people. It’s a scam.

So many things wrong with this place I don’t know where to start. First, I bought a Groupon for a massage here. I should have checked reviews first but I saw that over 400 Groupons had been bought so I figured they must be good. Wrong. First super annoying aspect is when you call the number to book your appt, there’s only a recording telling you that they don’t answer the phone and to book your appt online. I don’t know about anyone else but this weirds me out. I literally could not get ahold of a live person. I booked the appt online, then received an email saying I would receive a confirmation email that someone could actually give me a massage at the time I requested. Weird. A few days later, my appt still hadn’t been confirmed. I was annoyed because I have other things to do than wait for them to confirm me. If they’d had a receptionist like normal spas, I would have been confirmed the day I made the appt. No waiting to see if someone could take me. Anyway, I emailed their gmail address and someone responded telling me that a receptionist is the«magician of massage» and actually most salons are moving to booking appointments online only. Um, no they’re not. I’m a Cali girl born and raised, have lived everywhere from LA to NY, had hair and massage done in lots of major cities… everyone has had a receptionist. These people are straight weird. A day after that, they randomly changed my appt time! Fortunately it was a Sunday, and I could easily adjust my schedule but that is just rude. They did email and ask if it was ok but still. I prefer a phone call. Just so unprofessional. Finally they sent a confirmation email 2 days before the actual appt. Again, unprofessional. Guess I have nothing better to do than wait for their confirmation! Then, they sent 2 extremely long emails with about a million different instructions for how to get into the building, where to wait, how to tip, what to tip(I’m not joking here), not to bother anyone, how to use the bathroom, etc. etc. I mean the list just went on. I felt like I was being chided by my mother. The email also states there will be a $ 10 room fee and tax. WTF? They should have stated that in the Groupon ad. I was pissed. I was already stressed walking into the appt. Everyone else who was waiting for a massage was a Groupon buyer and laughing about how weird it is so I felt better that it wasn’t just me who was skeeved out. It is weird just waiting in the chairs not even knowing if you’re in the right place. Finally, a frazzled blonde woman came out, I assume she is the owner, Kristine. She looked a hot mess, super unprofessional. She and my masseuse, Leah, were both wearing sweats, t-shirts, messy ponytails, and Kristine was in a full on sweat. They looked dressed to clean houses not give massages. I wanted to bolt right then and there but it’d been 5 weeks since my last massage and I really needed one. My masseuse, Leah, was young, and slightly unprofessional. No handshake. No introduction to who she was. The rooms are absolutely nothing special. The sheets are so short they only went down to my knees. I could barely cover my special parts. Next thing I know she’s coming back in the room and slurping down water. Rude! She never gave me an info survey, asked about my health history, nothing. Yikes. Is she even licensed? The massage itself was fine. Nothing special and she definitely needs more practice in making it more fluid and relaxing. Once done, she gave me the largest lecture on drinking more water. Kristine rudely came into the room and didn’t even introduce herself. The kicker is, I was never offered a glass of water even though the pitcher was right there in front of me. Trust me though, I wouldn’t be drinking out of those glasses. Before I left, Leah tells me if I come back every couple weeks like I normally like to do, she’ll keep me at the Groupon rate of $ 27. Well I was pleased to hear that because that whole experience isn’t even worth that much! I think what these ladies fail to understand is people like me, who go for massage every couple weeks, would rather pay more in expectation of a receptionist, drinks, a licensed masseuse who knows what they’re doing, sheets that cover the whole body and just an overall non-stressful experience. People who actually would go back to this place are people who go for massage 1 – 2 times a year. I know because Leah told me. And that makes sense because why would anyone who actually knows what to expect go back to this place that doesn’t go an inch out of its way to provide a wonderful experience? Gross, rude, weird — don’t go here!

I have had a very bad experience with perfect relextions without even having visited for a massage. I bought a coupon from groupon. Firstly they do not have a conventional/comfortable method to schedule appointments. If you call the number listed on the website no one EVER answers. So I scheduled my appointment online. I rescheduled it, that was a mistake! The link in the email took me back to create a new time/date for my appointment. I did all of it and received a confirmation email. The next evening I received a call from Kristine saying that they had redeemed my voucher because it was considered a no show. She was extremely rude and cut me off when I was talking and said«Thank you and have a nice day» and hung up. Who does that to a customer/client! I was surprised and shocked. Because I did exactly what the email told me. It was written in fine print that you have to reschedule 24 hours in advance — I told her that I agree I might have made a mistake but I clicked on the link to the email and did exactly as told. She went up to the extent of telling me that I was being rude and that I was lying! She said it would have been impossible for me to reschedule from the email and I went in and created a new appointment. But I clicked on the link from the email — again she tells me I am lying. I don’t know who treats their customers like this. She told me I was being rude and didn’t allow me to talk — instead she told me that I was interrupting her even when I kept quite for 2 — 3 whole minutes when she was talking. They redeemed my voucher without me having been there. I don’t really care about the money that I spent on the voucher, but I was really hurt that she was so rude to me and told me that I was lying. I don’t know if she is the owner or an employee, but this is no way to talk to a client. They do not seem to understand how a service works. I would not ever recommend this place to any one I know. I do not care at all about the voucher being redeemed, it’s just the way they were rude and accused me of lying and teaching me how to talk that shocked me.

I had the same experience as others who have reviewed this company(on another website) where it took a week to schedule the appointment. I had emailed, called, filled out the online form repeatedly. The emails I received were unprofessional in the sense that they read more like personal texts. I finally make an appointment and days later I receive an email stating that the appointment has been changed to the following day!(luckily I happened to be off of work that day). I get to the appointment and no one is there. I call and no one answers. Someone calls me 15 minutes after the appointment was scheduled to begin and says that she forgot to text me that someone else will be doing my massage at another location! The massage therapist was really nice however after the unprofessionalism I dealt with I would NEVER recommend this place! Save your money!
