OK pizza, but absolutely HORRIBLESERVICE! I ordered a pizza to-go and they told me it would be 20 minutes – no big deal, every pizza place takes 20 minutes. Right? I even left a sizable tip. 35 minutes later I walk up to the counter and asked how much longer and clerk reaches around the wall and says, «Oh, it’s right here.» It was ready when they said it would be! My pizza sat there for 15 minutes and they never called my name! So I went home and ate cold pizza! I order Deion’s now. Good-bye Pizza 9!

Pizza was OK. Service was friendly. Could have been a 3 star experience but… the building/dining area was pretty bad. No bathroom(unless you use the convenience store facilities which haven’t been cleaned in weeks, has no soap and is just down right disgusting.)

The food was very good, because it is «Pizza 9.» As for the servers, well, they were very rude. I remember this lady who was taking my order, it sounded like she just wanted to go home. Her tone was very rude, and didn’t give a single smile. I do agree with Ernest H, they do yell to their customers .It’s not like this was an isolated incident, but this lady stand out the most. They should really improve their customer service.

I am a recent transplant to Albuquerque, but I am noticing a disturbing trend in many of the businesses in the city — this one, included. The trend is rudeness to the customer. From ignoring the dine in guest until they have to make a scene to be noticed, to straight up YELLING at the phone-in customer, and threatening them; which was the experience I had at this particular Pizza 9 — and that was the owner! I love Pizza 9, and eat it often. I will not eat from this one, though, ever again, nor can I recommend it to anyone. The customer service sucks, and no amount of good food can make up for that. In conclusion: Pizza 9; yes! This particular restaurant; a thousand times NO.
