I do like the way this gym works. I appreciate the layout and bigger than the ones I’m going to now here in CO. But one thing I do not like is the lack of information on annual fees. They tell you about it, but neglect to clear when they charge. For example, signing up for November, you still pay annual fee on Feb 1st regardless of what month you joined. NOT the following year like most normal businesses. If I see any other charges, that’s it. Btw, staff members aren’t friendly. Don’t even bother to look up sometimes. Just a quick look and back to whatever. Except this one lady, she was the only nice one. But then again, I guess you pay what you get.

Decided to try out this location as I was on a different side of town then normal. Walked in and immediately noticed how clean and well maintained the gym was. The employee created me right away and asked if I had been there before. She gave me a quick layout of the gym and wished me a good workout. It was fairly quite and was easy to move from equipment to equipment without any wait. The Mens locker room was also well maintained. Would recommend this location to anyone.

I cancelled my membership with Planet Fitness two years ago. I went in person and signed all the necessary documents. Then suddenly I started getting my credit card charged again. I called and complained and cancelled again over the phone. The charges kept appearing. Then I went to my bank and discussed filing a fraudulent charge report. Instead, I just got a new credit card. Now they are calling me saying i need to pay the annual fee and that my account is delinquent. When I said my account was cancelled twice they asked for the receipt from two years ago… which I don’t freaking have anymore. At least now they have finally sent me documentation that I have canceled.

This gym is the best. Everyone that works here is super cool and really nice! They’re always in a good mood even at 6am. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the recently got brand new equipment(cool!), but it took away my favorite machine. Other than that it’s awesome. They keep it clean, the massage chairs work great, they have a hair cutting place and a nice black card member area. If a machine is broken it’s fixed in just a few days. I definitely recommend the 20 dollars a month you’ll pay.

My continuing review of Planet Fitness locations — this is in comparison to other PFs, NOT other gyms! See my initial review of PF, it has what you get and don’t get. Location is very good in that it serves a pretty wide radius in the center of town. Parking is a little tight during busy times but you can find some, you may have to walk a little(c’mon, get some exercise). Front desk is friendly. They recently remodeled parts of the facility to add more privacy to those using the massage chairs/tables, tanning booths and barber. Lighting is no longer lacking as new and more lighting has been installed. Plenty of cardio machines(like all PFs). Sufficient dumbells and other weights for slow periods but, when it’s busy, you’ll struggle to not be sharing. TVs all along wall, choose your show and there should be a cardio machine available nearby. Overall, a decent PF and my new home base.

No stars if that was possible! A very expensive bag was taken from my car during my work out and when I called the first time to report it they informed me there were no cameras and they weren’t responsible for what happens in THEIR parking lot. Later on in the evening my boyfriend went in and they informed him differently, stating they do have cameras. They gave me a number and when I was in contact with them they proceeded to tell me nothing body approached my vehicle but me during the time of my gym visit. IMPOSSIBLE! I left the bag in my car when I went into the gym and when I left the gym it was gone! How is there no footage of someone taking my belongings from my vehicle?! I do not trust them here and I will be canceling. WITHOUTPENALTY!

Warm water in the drinking fountains. Lighting is like a Siberian gulag.(That’s a Soviet prison for you unworldly types.) Yes it’s dark and spooky in here. Lighting is super uneven too so some people are working out in spotlights with that terrible harsh shadow and other machines are literally in the dark. Awkward layout: everything feels crammed into a long skinny dark hallway, and Cardio machines face the strength machines so you always feel watched when using them, unlike some other gyms like Gibson that have a much better layout. Creaky, worn machines. There’s better locations.

Don’t get scammed or sick by going to this awful gym A week after I started going, I got really sick. I mean 2 ½ weeks worth of sinus infection, etc. It made me not want to go back because they apparently don’t do a good job of cleaning their facility. I was also really turned off by the people working out around me, most of whom looked like they had parole officers. But the WORST part was trying to cancel and being told that they were stealing an extra month’s membership dues because«the rules changed last month.» When I pointed out to them that this rule change was not in the contract I’d signed, they shrugged and laughed, like I was an idiot to be drawing attention to this fact. Finally the lowlife manager, Brandy Martinez, chimed in that their right to do this was in the contract. But when they showed me the wording, it did NOT say that I had to forfeit a month’s dues when canceling. NOWHERE does it say that! I again pointed this out to her and she started smirking and laughing at me. To the point where I really should have smacked her. I plan to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and call my bank to refute this charge. I would suggest that everyone else who has been ripped off by Planet Fitness do the same. This place isn’t worth 10 cents a month. Find another gym where they treat their customers with respect and don’t make up false charges!

The membership is pretty reasonable. This location doesn’t get too busy so it’s pretty easy to get a machine. Benches and wieghts are usually taken in the evening. Staff is always nice, they just need to learn how to keep their paper towel dispensers full at all times, they seem to always be out. I do notice them cleaning the equiptment all the time, so that’s nice!

A lot of hotties in the peak hours but some of the staff can be shitty and lazy(ie no paper towels or tissue to wipe)

$ 11 month(with fees and tax)!!! It’s clean and sanitized. I have witnessed the employees cleaning and washing the equipment using bleach water. A range of people, from high school to senior citizen. There are quite a few people that exercise here that are attempting to get physically fit. I saw a man in a wheelchair working out the other day– kudos for that. It’s $ 11 a month!!! A couple of meat head types. Tons of exercise machines and cardio equipment, which I don’t use. Did I mention that it’s $ 11 a month? Hint: avoid the one star rated«Chinese» buffet next door.

It’s only 10 dollars a month. Worth it considering the price. It is the busiest one in town from what I understand though. If you can join one of the other ones if you don’t enjoy a large crowd. But they do have the most equipment. I’ve never seen any altercations and everyone seems to keep to themselves.
