Full disclosure: I do not have direct experience with repair service here, but received incredibly helpful customer service over the phone. Jess spent close to 10 minutes on the phone with me helping to explore my options. He was very honest, fair, and transparent in that the repair would cost more than a used replacement. He even shopped ebay and emailed me a link to the item. I will definitely head to Precision Computer when I need a repair.

Jesse, the owner of Precision Computers, is a life saver! I run most of my business by using my laptop, and it recently was attacked by a pretty bad virus. One of my great friend’s referred me to Jesse, and I am super grateful. Not only is he super friendly, but he has great customer service skills, is very professional, and soothed my mind by letting me know he would fix my computer as soon as possible.
