Residential system never worked 100%, even though techs came out 3x. Canceled service after a year. Tech removed equipment. Service terminated. Paid final bill. … then kept getting bills. After 3 months I contacted Protection One. They told me I HAD TO WRITE A LETTER TO STOP THE CONTINUED BILLING. REALLY!!! On what basis? I refused to and they gave us a NEGATIVE on our credit rating, even though we paid faithfully, on time, for a year! Blatant attempt to collect extra $$$ after we were no longer a paying customer. DO NOT USE.
