Q Nails

This is not a good nail salon. My manicurist was 20 minutes late for our appt. She wasn’t busy with another customer, she just did not show up on time. My nails were manicured and finished with gel. After paying, I went outside and discovered that several nails had not been treated with alcohol and the gel was soft and sticky. This problem was fixed as I went back in to the salon. Unfortunately, after a closer inspection I found that the gel was lumpy on the sides of several nails, a problem with unevenness on several other nails, and chipping started within 36 hours. Either the manicurist didn’t have a clue what she was doing OR she just didn’t care that the job she did was of poor quality. I am fairly new to having my nails manicured, but I know better than to go back to this Q Nails location. Bad new — buyer beware.
