Sanchez Tacos

Sanchez Tacos started out years ago as a night time taco truck, expanded with more trucks and now they have a restaurant. You pick the type of meat you want ie… the part of the cow you’d like. It’s a Mexican food taco truck so you must be open to eating parts of the cow such as the tongue, cheek, head, tripas. But if you want to play it safe, they have steak. Then you pick if you’d like it in a taco (soft), quesadilla, or torta (sandwich). It comes with sliced radishes and key limes and you can pick the salsa. I prefer the green over red sauce.
Overall — a decent, tasty, quick meal. Very filling.
