I purchased 2 pairs of shoes for my 5 yo one month ago for $ 57. The design (a metal loop that denigrated the material quickly along with my son’s normal wear and tear) caused the full demise of one of the shoes. I called the store and asked if they would consider changing them for a different design. To my surprise, they exchanged the shoes even without a receipt! And they were polite about the transaction. It was REI kind of service and it just earned them a loyal buyer of kid’s shoes!
