Sky Management

Sky Management is awesome. I rented a house from them for a year, and never had any problems. Whenever something broke in our house they were quick to fix it and were easy to get a hold of. They took care of my heating and cooling conversions in a timely manner as well as worked with me on my move out date. Most people that have a good experience don’t leave reviews, so I would ignore the few negative ones. I would definitely recommend them 100%!!!

I can’t speak to how the rentals are or the quality of the properties but I can certainly say they don’t have their act together. I scheduled an appointment to view a property on a Saturday, went through the website to get directions to get the keys from the lockbox on the property, etc.
I get to the property and follow the directions that were sent to me («locate lockbox on front door»). Umm… there was no lockbox. I looked everywhere else it might be– gas meter, garage, gate, etc. nothing. I call the number on the sign out front and fortunately someone answered. Apparently the agent for the house had taken the lockbox off for some reason (the lady I talked to had no idea why– not her fault, she was actually very nice) but that it would be put back on Monday. Of course no one was available to show the property because they close early on Saturdays. Huh?
Why on earth would you take the lockbox off over the weekend AND when someone had an appointment to view? I live out of town so it’s not easy for me to just stop in.
While I really wanted to view this property, the lack of coordination and consideration for potential clients really put me off. I fear it’s a sign of things to come and I’d rather not deal with it if this is any indicator how they run things.

Sky management is horrible! Do not use this company! A lot of their properties are are really nasty and shady. The employees of the companies are incredibility rude, they also do not return the security deposits. I would not wish this landlord upon anyone.
