Spa Botanica was fantastic! I went for a massage, manicure and facial. It was relaxing, indulgent, and therapeutic, all at the same time. Christie, my massage therapist, was terrific. She listened to my concerns about pressure, problem muscle groups and back pain and did a massage that addressed all of my concerns. Diane, the esthetician, is always very conscientious and ensures that none of the products she uses irritates my sensitive skin. And, she is always gracious enough to answer all my questions about every day skin care and products. I won’t get a facial anywhere else. By purchasing the Executive Retreat package, I basically got the manicure for free. I will definitely be returning to Spa Botanica!

Not very relaxing and not like a spa. The massages are overpriced for the ambiance. There are real spas in town. This is not one of them. It could be a nice spa tucked away in a hotel but it is just suites converted into treatment rooms in a hotel. Not luxurious. The actual massage was good but it wasn’t a relaxing environment.

Spa Botanica is located inside the Embassy Suites Hotel. While I have been to the Hotel on numerous occasions for functions in the ball rooms, I had never visited the spa until the other day. I was given a gift card sometime ago and wanted to use it for an nice pampering here in town. When I called to make the appointment, the lady was very helpful and was able to get me in on a Saturday morning without any trouble. It seems like a small spa. It is on the 2nd floor right above the restaurant area, so you could hear lots of talking and dishes clanking– not the best for a spa waiting room. They offered an assortment of teas, coffee, or water while I waited(I arrived early). I did just receive a pedicure the«Signature Pedicure» to be exact. It was very nice– a bit expensive for what they did, but I would go again, but only on a Tuesday. You have to go on TUESDAYS if you are a local– 10% OFFEVERYTUESDAY.
