This store is awful. Customer service here sucks as well. Go somewhere else. In fact, don’t even deal with Sprint if possible. Took my iPhone 6 in for service because it stopped working. They had to end up ordering me a new phone. I went in four days later to pick up my new phone. The store manager said it had never been ordered! I contacted Sprint customer service and they couldn’t help either. I’ve been without a phone for a week. Customer service said all I could do was wait on the new phone to arrive. Or pay a $ 400 contract cancel fee. My contract is almost up. It’s not worth it to pay that amount of money to cancel. Sprint is a joke! Don’t settle for what they make look like a good deal on TV. Do your research, verizon and AT&T have better coverage and cost the same. Sprint has a lot of little charges that add up quick.

Wow too an hour to buy my new phone, let’s step it up guys. As far as neighborhood it was pretty rough and their setup is unclear because I got really ma when I thought someone skipped me but I guess it was a tec bay but you can’t really tell

If you go into this store, then ask for Daniel. I had a lot of questions for him today and he answered all of them. He is professional, respectful, courteous, helpful, and knowledgable. I have been with Sprint for approximately 4 years, entered many stores, and spoke to many Sprint employees; none of them compare to Daniel. Thank you for all your help today, sir. With regards to the store, it is clean. They had football on while I waited too which was a bonus.

This store can be extremely busy or the opposite completely dead. It can take awhile for you to be helped. Customer service is knowledgeable and helpful. They don’t pressure you into something you didn’t come in for. Many many phones, tablets and accessories. If you don’t have time to sit and wait you can set up an appointment. Not enough places to sit so be prepared to stand. No restrooms, no water, and with a room full of people, not enough air conditioning. Prices can be shocking but that’s expected for phones these days. Employees are very knowledgeable about their jobs and sometimes just a few minutes later your phone is working again! I like their phone plans and prices are average. I like sprint and I’m happy with my monthly payments.

Have constant dropped calls from my residence near UNM. Have gone to the store twice, and spent untold hrs on the phone with tech support. Will not waive my early term fee. I’m out. It is not worth the trouble. A local friend called, and when the sound dimmed off and on, and then the call dropped, she called back and said, «You have Sprint, don’t you?»

Horrible Customer service. Took a phone in for repair and was met by bad attitudes and rolling eyes. Went to the store on Menaul and was taken care of above and beyond. Will never return to this store.

Was here on June 11, 2013 My phone has been dropping calls, losing data service, lose of service when it was plugged in, etc etc. Took it here and was helped by a very nice young girl, shoulder length dark brown hair. She helped me get my phone to a tech. Nice tech, short brown hair and wire rimmed glasses, ordered me another phone. Should be here in a few days. These two were VERY helpful and I’m so glad I went to this store. I will be back.

DONOTBUY A PHONE @ COTTONWOODMALL! Yes you can purchase a new phone or accessory here at this location. But that will your First Mistake! These Representatives will be the nicest people you have ever met upon making your purchase, but God forbid anything goes wrong with any of the products you purchased. Because there after you are on your own! They are of NO help after you walk out that door. They are a bunch of young kids who communicate with one another by cell phone. There is no professionalism whatsoever. I have been with Sprint many years & this was by far the WORST experience yet. PLEASE do yourself the favor & go to an actual Sprint Store like the one located on Menaul or in Rio Rancho, You won’t regret it… Good luck :0)
