Sunchase Apartments

Moved here from California after retiring. Cost of living a major factor and is reflected in the improvement in lifestyle at Sunchase apartments. My rent at Sunchase wouldn’t pay for a parking space in San Diego. At Sunchase, I have a dishwasher, fireplace, assigned covered parking, washer/​dryer hookups, pets are allowed, complex has green spaces for kids, and a security gate blocks unwanted ‘guests.’ The on-​site staff are friendly, professional, and prompt, and go out of their way to please. The service team can be seen on the property every day hard at work manicuring shrubs and lawns, cleaning the pool and hot tub, and maintaining the buildings. I’ve lived here a month and don’t plan on moving again. You should too!
