They truly deserve a ½ star. My wife and I rented a house from this group for 2 years. Upon moving out we cleaned the house from top to bottom; I even planted grass in the backyard. When we started to rent the house there was no grass. Anyhow we not even given back half of our deposit even though we left the house in better condition then when we moved in. We have since bought a house but I will never recommend this group to anyone.

I have been looking for a rental property in Albuquerque, NM, and came across a home listed on Craigslist. The pictures were beautiful, but entirely misleading.
The management company was apathetic. Mandy, who was managing the property, didn’t offer a tour, but simply offered the combo to go look at the place. Upon visiting the property, the home was in obvious disrepair and many small things were repaired in a «jerry rigged» fashion (ripped screen on front screen door or duct tape in some places). The pictures posted on Craigslist was of a house that used to be in good shape, and has now fallen into horrible disrepair.
An unprofessional staff, apathetic to the properties they are managing, posting misleading pictures which then wasted my time.
