Supercuts

There is nothing particularly great about this place — haircuts that are not great at prices that are nothing special. If you are the kind of person who comes to a place like this, you probably know what you are getting.
The most annoying thing is how poorly they estimate your waiting time. They don’t take appointments, and I understand that they can’t give you exact times. They let you call in, which essentially gets you on the waiting list before you get there, but they are either horrible at estimating times or they just lie to get your business. They were running about 50 minutes behind the time they estimated for me, and each additional person who came through the door got quoted the same time. You’d think after they added 5 people to the list and hadn’t finished anyone’s haircut, the 6^th person might be told there was a slightly longer wait. Nope. I’m not sure if this is some special company algorithm, but it is guaranteed to be wrong.
If you need a haircut and don’t mind a mediocre one, just pay attention to how many people are in there waiting. The estimate the workers provided has little relation to reality.

Worst hair cut ever. That’s coming from someone that use to get cuts at the beauty school next to the college. I figure it’ll grow out in two weeks so no big deal, but the crabby ass kid that cut it has to go. After I told him I mostly wanted it shaped up cause the heat was making it frizz… he gets real snarky and wants to know if I want a cut or a shape? I thought it was the same thing, or goes without saying. Either way I was kinda stunned and realized real quick I had made a mistake going in there.

Wonderful service. I went at an off time (3 pm-​ish) and got in and out super fast, which is awesome!
