Trying to find a good place to buy a new cell phone is never easy, as most of the time you are bombarded by sales associates with out any room to breathe. Well this location isn’t any different. Prices for phones now are super expensive with all the high tech features, but that is expected. I find it hilarious how the first cell phone was enormous, through time we tried making them as small as possible until recently now it’s became a huge accessory we lug around once again. This location is in the cottonwood mall, so it’s got a lot of foot traffic. It’s convenient in the mall so you can buy a cover and accessories for a lot cheaper at the kiosks around the mall. When I bought my phone here I qualified for an accessory pack, I wasn’t fully explained what that meant and what options I had. They started just adding accessories until I asked what was going on. But they should have let me decide if I wanted it and what items I did want, so after I asked I was able to put their items back to pick out what I wanted. Customer service was fair, it’s the façade of being a commission sales associate that makes them seem genuine
