First time here. The food was amazing. Lori was our server and was amazing. Will definitely be coming here again.

Big Daddy beef ribs are really to die for. Selection of sides is good & they are tasty. Pork is not as good as beef in my opinion. Service is good & night view of ABQ is spectacular.

One of the better experiences. We used to have one in Denver but was closed down. The brisket is outstanding. The pulled pork was tender and flavorful. However I would double check the Coke slaw for a side. A bit runny and roughly put together. The atmosphere is great! I would suggest showing up for lunch as they are less busy and can put in a little extra time. Not sure about the BBQ sauce. A bit runny but really good! If you like sweet sauce this is the place to be! Also they are very fast on food turnaround which usually put a damper on quality. Not this time! Enjoy!

We love this place. The food is good(try the green chile pork loin!), the drinks are yum(split the margarita for two!) and the honey butter is worth taking one or two packages home for your morning bagel. But what really sets this place apart are the views and the music. They have live music most weekend nights and the restaurant is situated in the high foothills by the tram, so the views out of the main dining room are to die for. It’s just a great vibe and we usually head to the County Line on Friday nights, when it’s been a crazy week and we want to relax, kick back our heels and enjoy everything that’s great about Albuquerque. This place never fails to put a smile on my face.

EVERYTHING was barely warm, the ribs were old, the mac and cheese was nasty, tasteless and old, the server wrote nothing down and screwed three plates, DISASTER!!!, TIMETOCLOSETHISDUMPDOWN.

This is the 3rd time we’ve visited County Line, and it never dissapoints! This visit was special because we were celebrating my mother in laws birthday. Our server Jeremy was phenomenal. Thanks for making our 3rd time a charm.

We went for dinner on a Friday night, the parking lot was full and we had no clue what was going on. We almost ate else where because we didn’t want to wait. I’m so glad we decided to eat here. The atmosphere was awesome. They had the radio station 610 there announcing and isotopes tickets and an awesome clown. We were seated right away and our orders were taken asap. It only took about 10 minutes for the awesome food to come out… I got a brisket sandwich and my husband got brisket tacos. The food was great, the service was good and nd the atmosphere was awesome. Plus they have beautiful views of the city!

To the point. Food: AMAZING so on point with quality ingredients and good bbq flavor. Staff: super friendly, I ask to be seated by an electrical plug and they look for it and gave me the choice where to seat. Waiters are super friendly and they check on you. The flavor is soooo good. This is a must. If you are visiting Sandia Peak stop by and try then out. Portions are big with lots of sides. First time at this place and it was a great experiance. We did not have this in Miami.

Great service great food great location. The spicy sauce is perfect! I got the pulled pork, slaw comes on the side. That’s ok though, this Carolina boy will let it slide as the pulled pork was exquisite and the slaw mighty tasty!!! Did I mention the spicy BBQ sauce? Perfect!!! Great stop for lunch after hiking the trail.

Views were amazing! Food was average BBQ but I only wish they gave you more! Kinda of cheap when it came to the serving size of meat. I suppose I can be a little biased after trying Salt Grass BBQ, in Austin, TX. Nothing here seems to compare. Anyway, waitress seemed a little«overwhelmed» when the place wasn’t even packed. Maybe she just started or something? Would recommend for the views alone!

We went there while some family was visiting town. No tram, just dinner there. The waitress was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. She listened to everything and promptly gave us everything we ordered right away. What got me was the food quality/how quickly the food came out. It was really quick, and portion sizes were huge as to be expected. I ordered a chicken kabob. It came out very quickly indicated that it had been cooked a lot earlier. The chicken was just two breasts«grilled» and cut in half. I seriously expected little squares…:(The outside was purplish and the inside looked solid. You know how when you tear into a chicken and you get those stringy chicken bits? yeah this one came out rubbery. The veggies again you could tell were pre grilled because the taste was just… old… i suppose the word is. Tasted like leftovers. Everything was over salted, although the mash potatoes were great. Also all that was 18 dollars… for chicken? Damn son. My husband ordered the ribs, plate came out fast– and the sauce was watery. He thought it was alright.

First time eating here and it was just okay. Their sauce is a bit watery in my opinion. I had the brisket, potato salad and a side salad with the pecan vinaigrette dressing. The salad was sad to look at and wilted. I like Rudy’s a lot more. The service was very good.

Was in ABQ last weekend(3⁄21) and we were happy to note that there is a County Line there, having eaten at ones in Lubbock(alas, no longer there) and Austin. We always liked the food, the ambiance, and their knack for locating themselves in scenic areas. I previewed the Unilocal reviews on the ABQ location, and was somewhat concerned with the few troubling reviews about the food, particularly the barbecue, which my wife and I had always regarded as very good to excellent. The generally positive to enthusiastic reviews plus our simply liking their way of doing things led us to take the drive out Tramway Blvd to check it out for ourselves. In hindsight, I need never have worried about the quality of the barbecue, which I found consistent with our previous excellent experiences at other locations. That said, I am one who happens to like sauce and theirs in particular, and it is no doubt a significant feature of what you get there. Not everyone is a sauce fan, and it’s possible that to some palates they overdo it a bit. For that reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars to the BBQ itself– but speaking for myself it hits my happy button big time. Ribs(pork and beef) were outstanding, especially the beef that seemed like it might have been finished on the grill for a moment– a fantastic bit of crunch along with the tender, flavorful meat. Brisket and sausage were very good, and dieters can note that their turkey breast is terrific — flavorful and moist. Had a great potato salad(I love the dill in it, just to disclose) and their slaw(apparently mayo based) is still not too heavy. Service? Excellent. Attentive and friendly, even on a busy evening. Ambiance? Fun casual, and that’s a good thing if you like to pack into your saucy ribs with your fingers while wearing an easily-laundered t-shirt, as I do. if you’re lucky enough to get a table by the huge southwest window as we were, you have a beautiful view of some cool vistas. Very attractive location and a building that suits its New Mexico environs well. With my caveat to those who eschew sauce or hold it with suspicion, I give the whole experience we had last Saturday a max 5 stars, and we plan to return next time we are in that area.

Full bar, Yes! If you do low– carb, you can actually get a drink here rather than have to abstain from beer or wine. The ribs were moist, prpperly cooked and all around tasty, very meaty. We ordered drinks and appetizer versions of dishes. The queso fries were topnotch. Their homemade queso seasoned just right with green Chile was the best I’ve had in New Mexico.. .real cheese here and not soggy. Try this place, it’s worth it

If you go to Sanida Peak Tramway, and want to tote the fat chick line of, «I worked out so I earned it», this is the place to go. Steak and beer after some great scenic hill running? Am I in heaven? The ribeye was solid and the place was very hole in the wall(in the best ways possible). Also they had some decent local beer: Marble IPA on draught Santa Fe Brewing Brown Ale in bottle The Marble was good. The locals recommended several places, stating La Cumbre has excellent beer if you are a hophead, Bistronomy B2B for a beer bar with inexpensive burgers, and Sadies for your green chile pepper related fix.

The location and views from this restaurant are amazing. I just wish the food was better. It was just ok… if you’re looking for really good BBQ skip this place but if you’re willing to give it a try the view is great.

After reading these reviews, did I even go to the same restaurant?! I was told that the food here used to be good, which might be true, but those must be fond memories of this restaurant during its prime. The food we ordered ended up being extremely bland, dry, and pretty nasty. We also watched as several other tables who waited nearly an hour to even place an order, all the while the restaurant being pretty slow for a lunch hour. The only redeeming quality was that after sending two sandwiches back, my friend ordered the brisket, which tasted decent; but he still ended up sick later that day. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who has an expectation of having good BBQ. If, on the other hand, you would like dry, tasteless, questionable«meat» with some sort of red sauce on it, then this is your place.

We had to wait 20 minutes for a table that we placed a reservation for, then got sat at a table without any silverware available. Our server was nice enough if extremely slow to bring us anything we needed, but the food was not worth the trouble. I highly recommend the mashed potatoes and nothing else. I will not be returning any time in the near future.

Food was good not great food. Service was very good and the décor was really neat. It’s not the best bbq I’ve had. Glad I went to a place that was local though!
