I just moved to the area and was elated to find a lash bar convenient to where I lived. Scheduling was easy, lash tech was so nice and I really wanted this to work out so bad! However, I paid over $ 200 for my initial set and the lashes didn’t last a week. I really wanted ilash factory to work out so I went back on 2 other occasions for my fill ins which still lasted only a few days… this is unacceptable, I have been getting lash extensions for over 12 years and never had this problem.

Feeling a bit torn on how to review my experiences with the iLash Factory. I would like to first say how friendly and sweet every individual is at this place. From setting up my appointments, to checking-in, to the random conversations that remind you of how silly and enjoyable life can be, and even a follow up call to see how my first set were holding up. Truly 5 stars, right there! So, why the 3 stars? During my first appt., I had this sense that my application was a bit on the rushed side. I definitely appreciate efficiency but I ironically felt as if I was a product being produced in a factory. While I know things aren’t always going to be perfect, I also later noticed how a few lashes were truly out of sync with the rest of my lash lines, on both eyes. I decided to shrug it off and book my next appt. for 3 weeks out(2 were recommended). I have to say that after 3 weeks, I had almost 70% of my lashes left. I probably could’ve even waited another week! Definitely, another plus. Unfortunately, I noticed that closer to the 3rd week with my lashes, my lids were feeling increasingly irritated and itchy. I have never wanted to rub my eyes so hard and pull off the lashes on spots that were reallllllly itchy. With my 2nd appt. scheduled in just a couple of days, I decided to wait to consult with the lady doing my lashes(a different one), after going back and forth about keeping the appt. I can honestly say that I really enjoyed working with Brandi for my refills. She took her time, listened to my concerns and was extra gentle with her work. She did an excellent job and I could really tell a difference with the look and feel of my lashes/lids this time around. She even took some time to separate all of the lashes that clumped together from my initial set. Seriously, 5 stars! Bonus– I think it’s awesome they are able to steam your lashes before you head out– helps speed the process of having to wait a couple of days before you can really sweat or wash up the eye area. Something, I have not seen at other eyelash studios. With all of that being said, I am once again debating if/when I will book another appt. After my great experience with Brandi, I want to give this place 4 stars. However, the major reason I am giving an overall rating of 3 stars is the quality of the eyelashes being used. Yes, they look nice from a good distance, but if you take a closer look at them– it’s easy to tell that they’re not natural. And if you were to touch them, you would feel how rough and synthetic the texture of each lash is compared to other lashes used at other studios. At the end of the day, everyone has their own preference to what they like and what they’re looking for. I can see why many folks like iLash Factory but I also don’t think it hurts to work with other eyelash specialists to determine what type of lashes and individuals work best for/with you. :)

Love the new location — I’m so grateful for the entire staff at iLash Factory for making me look great — I’ve been a steady client for over 3 years and totally recommend them. They are accommodating, professional, caring, compassionate and know iLashes inside and out. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service! My lashes are natural and beautiful! They use the best quality lashes and Payton the owner and her Mom are so sweet they are very knowledgable. They don’t use clusters and take their time and educate you. 4 years plus I’ve been a customer.

I bought a Groupon at the recommendation of a friend and requested Hannah, who is excellent. I’ve had eyelash extensions twice before by an expert in Scottsdale, but my girl used different lashes(mink, I believe). These lashes definitely feel stiffer and look thick, but the place is clean, Hannah knows what she’s doing and explains your options, and she’s fast. I could have chosen thinner individual lashes but she would have had to apply more of them for the same overall effect, jacking up the price, so I declined. If you want something pretty for a few weeks, this is a good bet. I even had a few fall out a day after my appointment so I called and Hannah had me come back and fixed them for free. Good customer service.

This isn’t the place to go for eyelash extensions ! They use inferior products and you will end up looking like Tammy Faye Baker(not natural at all !) They will irritate your eyes and fall out as soon as you walk out of the door. I got a groupon thinking I could save money to start them again. I’ve had beautiful natural –looking extensions before and they can be pricey… I got what I paid for. But at ilash factory I feel ripped. It was NOT a $ 150 value as stated in the groupon! The girl put them on fast(it burned at times from glue fumes) and she said she used the thicker ones(look like plastic) because«you got a groupon and these will look thicker and be faster to apply«I said will they look natural? She lied . Don’t go here. They really encourage buying eyeliner(I did) n kits to keep your lashes longer but insist you come back in 2 weeks ! What? Not the place for quality eyelash extensions.

Do. NOT. If I had never tried eyelash extensions before, I might think this is just how they are — plasticky and brittle and painful. I felt awful and looked worse. I had to wrench the darn things off over a couple of days. This is the horror story that my old eyelash technician in Phoenix warned me about. DONOT go here. The lashes are too thick for anyone who doesn’t dance around a pole for a living and the technician put them too close to the lash line so they stuck to my skin and hurt as soon as I opened my eyes. I asked for the lightest weight and even asked for some minks but they didn’t have any — at that point I should have walked out but I had a groupon that can only be used at this place so I stupidly stayed through the whole thing. I have had extensions many times before at more reputable establishments and they didn’t stick to my skin, did not hurt, looked great but REAL, and the technician was far more concerned with how happy I was with the results.
