The Maids

So far, disappointed. I have a rental property in Albuquerque and had it recently carpeted and painted. I contracted with The Maids for the minimum one hour ($ 145), just to wipe down the bathrooms and kitchen. I told them that if they thought it needed more to call me for authorization first. I didn’t hear anything. Then I saw a $ 219.56 charge on my credit card. I have asked them twice for clarification, but am getting no response. Because of that, I am reversing the charge on my credit card to force them to deal with me. On top of that the tenant moved in and told me that there was no apparent work done on the house, or if anything was done, it wasn’t much. So I was overcharged for less than hoped-​for service. I hope to be able to update this with better news, but so far, not impressed.
