I have used many UPS stores in the past to ship packages for eBay buyers. This is one UPS store I will not be returning to in the future. The store is owned by a guy name John, who employs his two sons(one of which looked about 13 years of age). John and his sons need serious lessons in customer service. I shipped a package ground, and received an invalid tracking number. I returned to the store six days later to check on it. John told me that the package had already left and he wasn’t sure about the invalid tracking number. He kept referring to UPS tracking system as «voodoo» which demonstrated his complete lack of knowledge with the system. Long story short, I returned on the sixth day, he offered to split the cost of upgrading the package mid-ship to three days. As soon as I got home i saw that the package had an origin scan, which meant that it had just left the store that day. It had been sitting in his store for six days after I dropped it off. Thanks for the $ 35 dollar«upgrade» John.
