I went to this store to mail some gifts to some of my family around Christmas. The customer service was very rude and didn’t seem to care about me or other customers. The lady at the counter was more interested in socializing with coworkers in the back of the store than actually helping me. As soon as she gave me my tracking receipt she hurryed up and went to the back. On a positive note the store was very organized and clean.

We use this store every time we ship anything — especially during the holidays. Customer service is consistently exceptional. Never had a single problem with delivery or timeliness. This year they outdid themselves. Mailed a package on 12⁄19 with no expectations of getting to destination by 12⁄25. Received an email on 12⁄23 that package had arrived! Terrific!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I went in at 9:30 with a hard disk to mail to a Data Recovery company. I had printouts with exact instructions and phone numbers to have the hard disk mailed on a corporate account. The first employee said he couldn’t help me and I needed to come back in an hour. I returned in an hour. The owner of this store and the 4th& Guadalupe store«helped» me. She immediately had a negative attitude about handling a «work order.» She couldn’t find the work order in the system.(Off topic, but a man had just been in to do something with AARP and was told to come back later becaue they couldn’t help him yet). When she couldn’t find the Job # in the system, I indicated that there was a contact number in case of problems. She said she couldn’t do it right now. She told me to just leave it all and she would do it later. I told her I didn’t want to leave my hard drive because there was important data on it to me. She responded defensively«Well I am not in the habit of stealing things.» I didn’t think she was. I just didn’t want to leave something like this unattended. The entire time she was helping me she was agitated and defensive. I told her I would just take it with me. I asked if she knew of a location in Rio Rancho(a few miles north). She got even more defensive saying that they are new owners and don’t know how to do these orders either. I said I would take my things with me and that I wasn’t happen with their service. She(and her other employee) both were like«we gave you options but you didn’t like any of them.» I didn’t. I told them, it isn’t the options that I am upset about, it is the lack of a customer service attitude. It was like the customer was the enemy. Very weird. One of the reasons I didn’t want to leave my order with her was that the back of the room looked like a mess and I didn’t feel like it would be in good hands.
