Owner James Thomas is currently under investigation by the Attorney General’s Office for fraudulent activity. When he came to prune my 100 year old Elm tree he indicated that my tree had Dutch Elm Disease. And to «save the tree» fungicide treatment was necessary to the tune of an extra $ 375. I learned from the County Extension Service that my tree does not have Dutch Elm Disease. And in fact the tree is a Siberian Elm and not a Chines Elm. Siberian Elms are not susceptible to Dutch Elm Disease. In addition I learned that the chop job they did put the tree at risk since the «pruning» left pockets which allowed the wind to snap off a perfectly healthy branch. He has operated under the following names: ST Tree and Landscaping, NM Tree Professionals, Bill’s Tree Care, Oklahoma’s Tree Specialists, American Tree, and currently Tree Doctor 911

Scheduled an appointment in where I needed to be home for a one hour window. They called and confirmed. Waited… one hour… No call so I called them. Left a message. The guy calls me 20 min past the time says he’s running late. Let’s call this 1:20. Says he will be there 1:40… So at 1:30 the office calls back says his guy will be there 1:50… Guess what no show… No call… I can only leave a message… agghhhhh!!! Don’t stand your customers up!!!
