Absolutely terrible ridiculous!!! We drive from Arkansas get here to drop off a trailer and they tell me they won’t take it because their full after I maneuvered my truck and trailer into their parking lot and was able to get out! We had to wait over 30 minutes for them to move the truck all because u haul would not take their u haul back? Bs never again can you say Pensky! You would think U-Haul would have something figured out for this type of situation like being able to take some of their trucks to alternate locations but I guess their version of customer service is to have their customers drive their trucks all around town until they find a place to drop it off it. Wow

One of U-Haul’s big selling points with their boxes is that you won’t get stuck with too many boxes because they will buy back unused boxes. What they don’t tell you(although its written in small print under the«guarantee» on the box) is that they won’t take them back without a receipt. Now, I do think this is a national policy, and not the exclusive problem of this location. However, the policy is misleading. It is a gimmick to get you to buy extra boxes. The boxes say«U-Haul» and they can resell them as long as they are unused. If they are worried that they could give out too much money(if you bought in bulk but return individual boxes), they could just give you the lower price if you don’t have a receipt. One other thing. I went in without the boxes to make sure I could return them. The clerk told me to bring them in(no mention of the receipt requirement). I struggled to bring in 16 boxes(two different sizes). Then I was told they wouldn’t buy them back, so I had to haul them back out.
