Well I first have to start off by saying that yogurt was very good but I can’t say the same for the service the lady who was working the register was very rude I could say one thing I will never go back again I think management should be notified but anyway that frozen yogurt was very good but I would not recommend going because of the service

Good selection of yogurts. TERRIBLE service. The girl at the counter could barely stop texting to help us, and once she did she didn’t even say thanks or give us a receipt, which we asked for. Instead she just walked away.

U Swirl is one of my favorite froyo places in AlB, how can you go wrong with so many different yogurt choices and toppings? I recently got a gift certificate and decided to have a froyo date with my sisters, we got to the counter to pay and weren’t expecting the price to be so high for three not so full cups it came out to around 17 dollars and some change. So we took one off and paid for two of them with the certificate which was 7 sonething. We paid for the second one and when the lady told us it was another 8.03 for one cup. I asked if we got any credit for the balance on the gift certificate and she said no we should have got more yogurt earlier. To say the least the yogurt was amazing but customer service is lacking.

I’ve never been one for frozen yogurt remembering disliking it from years ago but this place has totally given me a new appreciation for fro-yo! As you enter you can instantly tell how clean they keep the store and the yogurt stations. Lots of different flavors to choose from including a few sugar-free yogurt flavors and as many toppings as one could need. Prices are fair. They also offer a small selection of fro-yo pies yum. I’m sure I’ll have my frequent swirler card filled in no time(which gives you a free treat) Tuesday is double punch day! A stamp closer to that free one. If you like fro-yo this place is for you, if u don’t, venture out and give it a try I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Great yogurt selection. 20 flavors, more than anyone else in town. Good offering of mix ins, too. I had coconut and pineapple mixed, with fresh pineapple and coconut flakes on top. Very tasty. The others in our party had peanut butter, chocolate brownie, caramel, several of the fruit flavors. We all enjoyed it. Will return.

I am addicted to this place! They have frozen yogurt flavors to make every person’s pallet content. Then, the fun begins. I have a few staples I HAVE to put on mine. The variety is larger than most. The staff is good at keeping things full and the spoons are always set perfectly. Staff is quiet but kind when you have any questions. Keep an eye out because they do coupon books for the holidays. My mom bought me(10) 12oz frozen yogurts for $ 20! I didn’t realize how big that was until I tried it.

Loooove the tasty fro-yo here! Best place I’ve visited in the 505. Clean, friendly staff, delicious froyo! Their prices are comparable to other fro-yo places in town. I just wish this treat was cheaper! :(

Careful not to mix everything at once. It’s like a fight broke out in my mouth! I mean, I love sweets and I love tarts, but those blackberries will beat the dulce de leche right out the side of your face! Can we turn down the music for a second? I’m going to get personal and deep here. You see, I learned something about myself. I’ve bought in to this live like there’s no tomorrow attitude, and while it has served a purpose, to some extent, when there are 24 choices of flavors from all over the map, 10 fruit toppings that taste like you just chomped into a bag of solid berries right there in the frozen aisle at Smiths, 20 candy toppings, and about 12 liquid toppings, there IS a tomorrow and even a next week. You don’t have to mix all the flavors together in one bowl. Try the dulce de leche with nutella one day, then come back for the pomegranate with mandarin oranges some other time. A-OK is about right.
