I had the Asian Chopped Salad with a side of grilled pork tenderloin. I was so impressed with the restaurant! Everything was prepared to order and fresh. I topped the meal off with a piece of Carrot Cake that was out of this world!

With a similar vibe like The Grove. this place is also pretty freaking great. Staff, food, interior, atmosphere, & service were all superb. I’m a big sucker for restaurants that present their food beautifully. Also, you can actually taste how fresh the ingredients they use in the food are. I would come back to this place in a heartbeat, if it wasn’t too far from where I live — but, it’s worth the trip!

Where do I begin… Another First Rate establishment at its finest! First the inviting and open ambiance is well played. Clean and modern atmosphere creates the feel that your in a real city :)(happening spot) My girlfriends were actually really shocked that I had never dined here, as I am quite the get around Fabulous Foodie Fanatic. We were there for a birthday lunch and I was very eager to get there ahead of time as I had a special cake with me, and so glad I arrived early as I was told this place is always jam packed, and so glad I did :) We were very well taken care of by David, such a gracious and very attentive guy with the greatest people skills and really took wonderful care of us. The food is of FRESH, CLEAN&ORGANIC and they really mean that, as every bite was of amazing flavors! The price points are perfect for the quality you receive, «Now I understand, why you pay $ 14 – 16 for a lovely fresh, organic salad of healthy happiness love! I look forward to my sweet return as VINAIGRETTE» is a «Creative Original»

We have been to vinaigrette many times in the past and have enjoyed the food, however the last two times the food quality seems to slip. This last time we noticed that the rue had been scorched for the macaroni and cheese for our child. Also many of the dishes were overspiced and harsh in flavor. The kale not been massaged and was quite tough. And a large chunk of tendon was left on the chicken breast that should’ve been removed in prep. The egg plant for the egg plant Parmesan was prepared in such a way that it was still crunchy and the green beans for the green bean side had virtually no flavor. It seems that the kitchen help was sloppy and allowing dishes to to miss the mark in adequate preparation methods.

Found this gem on our twice yearly east coast to west coast drives. First time service was slow but food fabulous. This time much better on the service. The place is just charming all greens and oranges totally makes you feel healthy with the little grass and plants on the wood farm tables. I had the cucumber and lime drink… delicious and refreshing. Then the hubs and me split the soup of the day a puréed kale and potato. Very good. Then we had the melted veggie sandwich and the really scrumptious omega salad. It was the bomb! Vinaigrette is marked right on our GPS please don’t close EVER.

Ahh, January, the new year arrives and the amount of biscochitos, empanadas, tamales, fudge and other assorted treats are dwindling down from the holidays. Gone are the cravings for salt and sugar and the body begins to growl for greens, water and clean protein. «Hey, honey, what’s the name of the salad dressing place?» A busy Sunday afternoon we popped in for a couple salads and were pleased to be seated quickly. Despite her saying she was done with sweets, my wife ordered the Cherry Tart salad. She has a weird morbid fear of mustard and it tasted as if the dressing had mustard in it. She ate it but she was a little less than ecstatic. My thought, she didn’t ask and she’s not writing the review and I am and I thought it was delicious! I greatly enjoyed the season«Yam I Am» salad dressed with crispy sweet potato straws. Again, amazing flavor and portioning. A particular highlight was the Eggplant Parmesian we’d ordered as an appetizer(WHAT?!? You thought the whole thing would be 100% healthy?!?). Noting how busy the restaurant was, my wife and I enjoyed the time together and the atmosphere and had no issue. After what felt like a reasonable amount of time, our server came by apologizing heavily that the app had not come. We told her not to worry and suddenly our salads arrived. Ahhhh, the app didn’t beat the main meal. Sorry, if you expect Eggplant Parm to come before a salad when ordered at the same time, you’re nuts. She apologized profusely when the Parm arrived and it was well-worth the wait that we did not mind. We told her not to worry and everything exceeded our expectations. When the check arrived, no Eggplant Parm on it. As is my custom when an item is removed from my ticket without my request, that amount is added to the server’s tip. Great food and service that expects more out of itself than I do makes for an easy 5 star!

Vinaigrette still gets 5 stars. I’m updating this since it’s been a while since I’ve been. The customer service remains excellent, and the food amazing. I had been craving some of my favorite foods from Vinaigrette since I left Albuquerque in the summer of 2014, and when I had the chance to go back, I was not disappointed. One of the seasonal specials was sweet potato fries that were thin and crispy and came with a blue cheese dipping sauce. It’s not a combination I would have thought of, but it worked so well. I had my normal tuna melt with a Ceasar salad. The tuna melt is one of my favorites, and it has capers in it, so the amazingness is knocked up a level. That one goes to 11. I’ve never had anything less than good at Vinaigrette. You can make reservations on OpenTable which is handy.

Awesome atmosphere, original menu, huge salads, delicious ingredients, unique and tasty vinaigrettes. The IPA I had was local and delicious AND on tap. Service was the only downside. We felt like we were forcing the waitress to serve us and the restaurant was practically empty. If not for the bad service, a 5 would have been given.

Airy, expansive restaurant with a really great healthy and robust menu. Friendly and zen staff. I ordered the arugula duck salad which was good, but I probably wouldn’t order again. I really wish I went with one of the waiter’s suggestions like the kale salad. The real star of my meal was the carrot and ginger soup. Bright, flavorful, with a very balanced sweetness. There needs to be more places like this in the world where you actually get excited to order a salad.

Okay… Let me start off on a positive note. If you are looking for an amazing salad then order the I yam what I yam. It has been and always will be my favorite! It is seasonal so take advantage of it as soon as possible. Really anything that you get on the menu is amazing so you won’t have to worry and the flour-less brownie is amazing! The service can be a hit or miss when you come here. Either you get a server that is very nice and on point with everything. Or you get one that forgets about you and your order for 45 minutes until they realize and come up to tell you it will just be a «little bit longer.» The restrooms are always clean and stocked BUT the small stall in the ladies restroom doesn’t have a toilet paper holder. It just sits on top of what i believe is the trash. No Thank you! How many times has that thing hit the floor before someone picks it up and uses it. I have a huge issue with that and it really should be fixed. Parking is available in the back and way back. I went a week ago a hour before they were closing and they had really no one in the building besides 2 other couples. Before I know it the music changes from Whitney Houston(relaxing and appropriate) to rap… Literally, I am being forced to listen(Loudly) how to «grind on me» and«rub on me» and«work it down» while I am trying to enjoy I yam what I yam. Really inappropriate.

I ate here twice while I was in Albuquerque because it was so good! My favorite thing was the mushroom soup and the bread is so delicious that it’s hard to stop eating. The inside of the restaurant feels modern and fresh and has a nice ambiance. I will definitely return to Vinaigrette the next time I am in Albuquerque!

What a wonderful and refreshing restaurant in Albuquerque. It was such a nice day we decided to eat on the patio, just a little bit of sun was shining on our table and the staff immediately came over and placed an additional umbrella over us. This staff were so nice and attentive! I love the fact that the menu is 100% seasonal and made with the best produce. Our dishes were not just full of flavor(seasoned properly) but the presentation was great and had so much color. The Salacho Salad was more then just a typical taco salad! This salad had flavor, color, crunch, spice and with the size I didn’t leave hungry. During lunch they have a ½ sandwich and ½ salad special so of course I have to try this! The Hot Turkey Sandwich and Eat Your Peas Salad was definitely yummy! The sandwich was good but the salad was delicious! The slight hints of bacon made this Southern Girl happy! Although it is a bit far from campus for my lunch break it is definitely worth the trip!

The BEST salad place. *Ambiance: bright, flowery, light, modern *Salads: Large array of choices, finely chopped, fresh ingredients *Weight Staff: Friendly and bright *Prices: $$, if you add a protein it can get pricey, but the salads are a good size. I will be back again and again. I wish we had Vinaigrette’s in LA.

Very good place to eat a healthy choice — salads are yummy and the portions are huge! Soups are super flavorful and the pesto burrata appetizer is worth sharing but ask for more bread to clean the dish! Be ware though it is pricey but tastes wonderful.

On Day 2 in ABQ, I returned on my own for lunch. I had the same server we had yesterday, Georgia. She’s wonderful. This time I tried the lunch special, ½ Veggie Provolone, ½ Omega Salad and more of that hibiscus tea I really got into. Another terrific meal. I think their dressings really make the two salads I’ve tried amazing. It’s inspired me to do a little creative dressing-making when I get home.

Who doesn’t like a totally badass salad? I, for one, can never have enough of those. I met Howie K here before an event and we had the best and healthiest dinner around. I had the«all kale caesar» with chicken on top, and it was as fresh and as great as the Unilocal reviews say. We had an order of mac and cheese but it wasn’t good enough to be worth the calories. I came back the next night for the asian chopped salad to go, and it was just as wonderful. I know where I’ll be grabbing many lunches and dinners during future trips to ABQ!

Yup a perfect score :). The place is gonna grow fast … And the food is great:). I had three things; all were memorable. First was this great soda(4 bucks) it was the special. Blood orange? I had the corn tortilla soup … Also special of day … And the best of all was the eggplant parm. Deelish I will be back and sit at the patio which looks lovely :).

Walking over from the Albuquerque Museum, for some reason we opted not to get a Baconator at Wendy’s. Yeah, that’s sarcasm. I had the Nutty Pear-fessor salad which was excellent. Lots of stuff that isn’t just lettuce — bacon bits, blue cheese and stewed pears. all with a yummy dressing that left me feeling full and like I’d made a good choice. Mom went with the eggplant parm which was a good sized serving and she said it was quite good. And then… carrot cake happened. Very very good. Moist, tasty and with a really nice cream cheese frosting. Actually, too much frosting. We scraped off quite a bit of it and left it behind. Good meal, good dessert. Nice location. I’d return here.
