I will absolutely use Wagner for all my HVAC needs. Affordable, fast, friendly. Jeremy H. came out and was very friendly and knew immediately what the problem with the furnace was. He did not try to sell me unnecessary parts, which was appreciated. He gave some recommendations on how to make sure the furnace runs the best it can for as long as it can.

Your guys did a great job, especially considering that they had to do much of the work during an electrical storm in driving rain. Everything was done to perfection and they cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. They were also very pleasant to work with and were very attentive to our preferences.
Everything is working perfectly. Our house has never before been so comfortable.

Rudy Cambara was not only exceptionally friendly and courteous but very knowledge. Our ac stopped functioning and that’s pretty tough in New Mexico in the summer. I called Wagner and they were out the very next day — right on time. Rudy evaluated my system, quoted the repair and fixed is up right on the spot. We could not have been happier. Not to mention, quite a bit less of a charge than I expected. The guys are my go to from now on.

I contacted Wagner for an a/​c issue and was given an appointment for the following day (that deserves 5 stars alone). Myself and my husband were very pleased with our tech Rudy.
