This is not one busiest stores in town. The staff is very friendly and management is good about making sure there is enough staff available so that there is not long lines. Entrance in and out of the area can be challenging.

always order pictures from here and haven’t had a bad order. timely and helpful customer service all around. Items I’ve needed have been available so far. Priced sale items have rung up wrong but were corrected when questioned and shown.

I used to go to this place a lot and then for some reason I stopped. Well I went back yesterday and now I remember why: the staff are rude, paranoid, and very condescending. My cashier told me no less than three times that various people in the store were probably going to steal things, even people walking in who must have been able to hear her! Her manager was right behind her stocking the cigarette shelf and didn’t say a word. This woman was also abrupt, exasperated when I had to enter my PIN twice, and threw my receipt away without asking if I wanted it. Then I said I wanted that receipt and she rolled her eyes nearly out of her head. CVS has been my go to drug store for awhile, now I remember why.

They hardly ever have what i need. Their employees all have sticks up their back side. They space my medication out that I’m forced to come back week after week. If it wasn’t so darn close to my home i wouldn’t come here… almost getting to the point where I’ll take it to another store no matter how inconvenient.

The employees are not friendly and not bright at all. They overcharge constantly so be sure you check your receipt before leaving.

I finally moved back from NYC to ABQ. Had poor treatment here whenever I visited, but thought nothing of it. Always wondered why my aunt hates walgreens so much. Just went to walgreens right now to exchange some baby wipes that I thought was .99 cents but was really 1.99. Bought it yesterday at the walgreens on tramway by my work and drop by just a few minutes ago to this location to exchange for dramamine since I’m headed back to NYC tomorrow. Carried the bag of wipes around with me to check where the dramamine was, went to the cashier to ask him if they carry it cause I didn’t see it and if they dont have it then I’ll do a refund instead of an exchange. Both Cashier and Manager accused me of stealing because they didn’t see me walk in with my bag. And to think I thought I was doing them a favor by trying to get the dramamine first and do the exchange together. Seriously, before they accuse anyone they should look at the cameras. I’m so pissed right now and will never go back again. The tone, stare and way they treated me… I swear I will tell my friends and family how horrible they are.
