Plano, TX
Good execution all around. Only complaint was… lack of parking. Seems somehow they had way more cars than rooms… not sure how that works. Their parking lot is HUGE, yet more than one car was parked in a fire lane (unmarked).
Other than that? Great bed! Quiet room! Great service by the staff!

A very nice Courtyard hotel. Clean rooms, good shower, good internet, friendly staff. The AC unit wasn’t quite up to the challenge of cooling off my room, but it was close. And the toilet in my room wasn’t too keen on flushing, either. I’d stay here again, but carefully check the AC and the toilet first, to make sure I got good ones. No continental breakfast — which is always a disappointment. But, better than the other options on the road in Alcoa. Definitely better than the Comfort Suites (which I stayed at only a month or two before I was at the Courtyard).

Thousand Oaks, CA
This property was going through major lobby renovations while I was overnighting in Knoxville. The staff was perfect and overly attentive even with the place in disarray.
Sitting back from the highway the rooms (even the ones facing the hwy) are quite.
Recently renovated to the new courtyard style there is not much to complain about when staying here,

I had a good stay. Here are my observations.
Mostly clean rooms. TV remote fell between the mattress and headboard.
Just like the Wizard of OZ taught us… Don’t look behind the curtains. Yuk!
Noisy refrigerator… but it had one!
Smelled clean.
LED TV.
Very comfortable bed.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Old alarm clocks.
Decent water pressure in shower.
Clean iron and hair dryer.
Wi-​Fi was acceptable (Did not have to use my aircard).

Denver, CO
Nice hotel. Settled back away from the road, so you do not have to worry about airport or other road noise. This hotel looks as if it had been recently redone. The lobby was nice, but I got there at 2am and left the next day, so I did not get to explore the hotel as I normally do.
The rooms also appeared to be recently redone. All of the furniture in the room was part of a giant wooden furniture set/​armoire.

Very nice hotel close to the airport. The check in was very smooth, the lobby very clean and our room exdellant. Plenty of free parking. The check out was likewise very good. My only comment is the charge for breakfast while this is standard for many Courtyard Hotel. I just wish they would offer at least a continental breakfast without charge.

Stayed here for a trip to visit my grandmother on her 80th B-​Day. About 15 family members stayed the weekend at this hotel. It’s close to the airport but not too noisy and about 10 minutes from downtown Maryville and about 30 to 35 minutes from Knoxville. Great place to stay if all you need is a bunk for the night for the family weekend like ours, extended stays in the area, or maybe if you come to town for a U. Of T. game. Very clean and up to date it was built recently within the last few years Good place to stay I highly recommend.
