This place used to be decent… even after the remodel. However, the past 2 times my boyfriend and I have been there, it has been horrible(food not kept hot, old leftovers taste, etc.)…and we both had upset stomachs within what seemed like minutes of leaving there. Shame on us for giving it another try. Never again.

Lunch $ 6.99. They had little bit of sushi. Not a large selection but for the price, can’t expect much. There are plenty of seating area. I think it’s better than fast food that are around next to.

This Chinese buffet is pretty good. They had a generous selection of entrees. Everything tasted good. Service was attentive. I wouldn’t seek out this place but if I’m in the area, I would eat there again.

Had dinner. With water and hot tea, it came to $ 12.00. Ate on a Friday night, and the place was about half full. TVs were out of the way, music was decent and at a soft volume. The wait staff were quick, efficient, and friendly. The food was a little bland, but well prepared and decent. Not to understate I the food, but it was par for the course from a good Chinese Buffett. They had the normal assortment of Amerasian food, along with some American dishes like fried potatoes, roast, and ribs. Soups and salad choices were available, as well as an assortment of desserts. The dessert portion of their menu needs some attention. As I’m in the area about once a month, I’ll be going back. The price point was great for the food quality and amount, and it was a nice place to spend the evening.

I had to meet someone here for work. I had looked online and saw the 2-star review, so I wasn’t looking forward to it, but I was pleasantly surprised. For a buffet place with a low check, it was pretty good. The décor was really nice, the sushi wasn’t as bad as described, and I enjoyed everything I tried. Obviously it isn’t a 5-star operation, but for the price I would definitely come back again

This was my FAVORITE Chinese buffet yep I said was. The Fusion remodel was great I loved the new décor and the new buffet set-up. It was clean and modern. The new sushi bar was a surprise nice. I liked the food it was ok, I liked it before the change. What they did add was a whole slu of different foods such as prime rib, bar-b-que, meatballs and boiled cabbage. I like the old menu better, I cant explain it but the Chinese food was different. the service was great, friendly and prompt. I would recommend it if you are in a pinch to find a buffet on Alcoa hwy.

$ 8.99 for an all you can eat Asian party. Sadly, its not the best party around. While this place has pretty much everything you could imagine from a Chinese/Japanese/“Asian” spot: from General Gau’s to sushi to wonton soup. Oh yeah, they also have Swedish meatballs, prime rib, and quesidillas. And donuts, puddings, and ice cream. The first thing I noticed was a distinct lack of chopsticks, something I guess I just took for granted at Asian restaurants. I learned the hard way that sushi is really hard to eat with a fork, but as the place was empty when I went around 5pm, I didn’t have any qualms about just using my hands. Speaking of the sushi, while it might sound enticing, most of the taste indistinguishable and gluey/mushy. Aside from that the rest of the food is standard Chinese buffet quality; nothing to write home about, but not disgusting. Happy hour on week days get you two beers for the price of one, but at $ 2.50 for beer, I wouldn’t mind paying double if the food was better.
