Bearcat Plumbing’s owner and Master Plumber, Todd Absher, does it RIGHT from A to Z. From our first encounter over the phone to the finished job, Todd is professional, respectful, considerate and listens to the customer’s requests. I just had my entire house re-​plumbed. It was a big job and after all the rain we had very messy. Todd was very diligent to keep the mess confined, not tracked all over my house and do whatever it took to get the job done. In addition, he was careful to close doors to make sure my curious cat did not end up under the house with him nor get outside. When the job was complete the cleanup was amazing. I am so impressed with Todd that I am having him do additional work for me.

Todd took care of a old irrigation system leak. He is very professional and I would not hesitate to use him again for future plumbing needs as well as recommend him to family and friends.

Our water heater went out during the recent ice/​snow event. I was out of town my wife called Abshers to come and replace the heater. Not only did they installed a new water heater and hauled off the old heater at the price we were quoted he built a platform and added a pan to the heater, put on new lines and insulated the lines all for the original quoted price. Also everything was done very professionally and the area was spotless when he was done. We highly recommend his services!

Absher’s One Call Plumbing was parked at my neighbors house doing work there. I walked over and talked to Todd, the owner, and asked him if he could replace my outside faucets. They had been leaking since we bought the house, but I’d been too cheap to call a plumber and was afraid to mess with them myself. Todd said he could replace them for me. When he got done at the neighbors house he came over, took a look at what I needed and gave me a price. It was fair and well worth it to finally have these leaky faucets fixed. Todd did the job and now I’ve got no problems. I’m elated. I highly recommend Absher’s Plumbing and will keep Todd’s card where I can find it the next time I need any plumbing work.
