I agree with Emily that the people who work here are the nicest. My teenage boys come in here and they always have anecdotes about their experience.
We came in today as I was craving their mocha cappuccino. The machine wasn’t working properly and he tried so hard to fix it until finally it came out. As I was paying, he told me to take a sip first– just to be sure. It was indeed watery and so I said I’ll just get a different one. He was very apologetic and did not charge me.
I walked out with a free caramel macchiato and a story to tell my boys.

Unbeknownst to me, I gave the other 7-​Eleven on Telegraph Road not to far from my house the positive review that this location deserves. The associates at this place are by far, some of the nicest people I have ever come into contact with at a convenience store. Tanveer the manager and he is awesome, because this one is closest to my house been a patron of this place for many many years. He always ask me how my family is doing, he asks me about my job, how’s everything in my life is going, even tried to set me up a time or two, saying that a wonderful woman like myself should not be single lol. Him and the rest of the people that work there are great. I always leave with a smile.
