I had a similar experience to Rudy S. The reason I went to this particular office is because they were the only one I called that could start seeing me within the week. While everyone seems to be very sweet, they are quite disorganized. In my 2^nd (and last) session, I had four different therapists working on me during a 45 minute session, with little apparent coordination during the hand-​offs (one tried to position the electric stimulator nodes on my left side, until I mentioned that the problem is on the right.) Worse, my «main» therapist was multi-​tasking the entire time she was stretching me, i. e, instructing a worker on how to correctly fold the towels, reminding the front desk to correct a double-​booking, telling another therapist to push her patient a little harder… this is all while she is supposed to be focusing on MY therapy. I am now on a wait list for (hopefully) a better therapy treatment regimen at a different provider. I do not recommend this provider.

I found it impersonal, too few PTs supervising clients and actually watched patients doing exercises incorrectly (I’m not a trained PT but know enough) which went unseen by staff. I also felt very uncomfortable having my low back iced without a privacy curtain around me.
The place is a factory not a professional setting.

DO NOT DO PHYSICAL THERAPY HERE! I went here after a foot stress fracture in 2010 to rehab. The therapists and assistants barely supervised my exercises and told me to go run for thirty minutes after only a couple weeks of therapy. I suspect this advice and their advice to ignore foot pain after running caused some of my now chronic foot problems that prevent me from running and doing most cardio exercise.
Oh, and to literally add insult to injury, one of the senior physical therapists called my injury «the price we as humans pay for walking upright.» Thanks for the insight, I’ll make sure to stick with crawling next time.

The PTs there are great and so is all the office staff. They are very knowledgeable and always start the appointments on time. Sometimes I feel that they have a few too many people in there at a time but on average are very attentive and helpful.
