I spoke with the owner Eric over the phone about having my iPhone screen replaced. He said I should bring it in so they could look at it. When I arrived I was greeted by friendly employees. I was told my screen could be replaced and would be about 30 minutes but only 10 minutes later it was done. I will go back and recommend this place to others.
Not I.

PUTTHESEPEOPLEOUTOFBUSINESSPLEASE!!! The last place on earth to go if you have a phone to fix, these people are common criminals, literally! I have a Samsung Galaxy Mega with a cracked screen and of course the most logical person who have made sure that a phone like this was insured and due to AT&T’s incompetence, I didn’t find out that I didn’t have insurance until after the phone was cracked in 17 pieces(YAYME!). Any-who, I went to this store in a desperate attempt to have them put in a new screen and LCD. They said it was NOPROBLEM and told me to come back in 3 days. So I waited and waited, three days came and went. I called and they said ooh we are still waiting for«the part» to come in. God only knows what part they are talking about. So I come to get the phone, he has this nervous look on his face and then pulls the phone out of whatever hidden storage drawer they have underneath the register and is all too quick to get me out of the store before testing it. Finally, I get home and although the screen and LCD seems to be working fine…(HERE’S THEKICKER) the freaking phone won“t charge, I plugged in several different charges and even brought a new one. THESEJERKSBROKEMYCHARGEINPUTINMYPHONE and try to hand it back to me as if I wouldn’t notice, I think they even went as far as to put a new battery in it so that it would be fully charged when I picked it up. UUGHHHHH!

Terrible! I went to unlock my iPhone the day of my flight so that I could put in a foreign SIM while working abroad for the following three months. They wasted a significant amount of my time and money as they did NOT unlock my iPhone although they claimed they did and the only issue was the SIM that I used to test it. I ended up arriving in a foreign country with an iPhone that was essentially useless as it was definitely still locked. I went to several phone stores abroad that confirmed they did not unlock my iPhone at all and simply seemed to have only restored it.
