Best Auto Body

This review is long overdue. A few months back I scratched the shit out of my VW Passat in a parking garage. I got three quotes from local body shops and Best Auto Body gave me the best estimate. They did amazing work in under a week. I would highly recommend Best Auto Body. Ask for Brian, I think that’s the name of the individual I worked with, he was very professional and knew what he was talking about.

Best Auto Body did a great job repairing the right rear door and adjacent body on our Hyundai Genesis last week. They were responsive, courteous, well-​organized, honest, speedy, and professional. They helped us to deal with the insurance company and rental car company, so that we never had to worry. They found additional damage that the insurance inspector hadn’t spotted, and they proactively reached out to the insurance company to make sure that the claim was adjusted to reflect it. They did a great job and the car looks as good as new. We recommend Best Auto Body enthusiastically.

My brand new car was struck with an object on the highway-​door gouged bad. New car smell and all… How sad. Anyhow, I researched local auto body shops and visited two, Best Auto Body being one of them. They blew the competition out of the water by both price and reviews. The guys really know their stuff! Fair price, unbeatable work (I have had a few repairs in my day and have never seen a paint job without overspray – these guys left no trace of it!) and a lifetime warranty on the work… what else can I say. I HIGHLY recommend this place for ANY vehicle. The turn-​a-​round time was only a few days and they called me everyday with an update. Further, they have the connection with a local Enterprise for cheap rates. Again, do your research but do not discount this place. I will refer all my friends and family as well as work colleagues to them. I would be surprised if you took your car elsewhere. Good luck, you know my recommendation… Best Body for sure!

Did what they said they were going to do on the estimate. No hidden fees. 2-​day turn around. Excellent paint job. My car looks like new.
They lose a star for finding every piece of trash in my car and shoving it all in my cup holder. Then they tried to hide it by closing up the cup holder. I know my car was messy & I never expect car places to clean my car, but either leave it alone or clean it up. Don’t try to hide it!
