Terrible. My «dry cleaned» shirts were starched and stiff as if they went through a 1940’s Chinese Laundry. I went to pick them up on a Monday at 3:30 and although they’re supposed to be open M-F 7 to 7, they were closed with no sign. Never again…

I brought in a bunch of clothes – dresses, sweaters and pants – and was happy to try this neighborhood «organic» cleaners. I made the mistake of not counting the garments and the owner missed a sweater that when I dropped off she said that it had to be specially cleaned, b/c it was wool but suede leather on the front. I went to pick them up and the owner fought with me that there was no chance that she had mis-counted and that she does everything. It was a horrible experience and now I’m out one of my favorite new sweaters. Lessons learned – I’ll be sure to double-check all clothes counts AND not go back to Beverly Cleaners.

I have taken a few pairs of my high heels here to be fixed when the tip of the heel exposed the spike after wearing them for a long time. They did a great job and they polished the shoes nicely. It cost about $ 10 per pair, definitely worth it when they are expensive heels!
