I ordered a brownie and cookie dough blast only to fine 4 or 5 pieces of cookie dough and a few pieces of brownies. It also had caramel on the bottom for some odd reason.

Always wrong order. Drinks were half full. Drive-thru attendants are always rude. Management is horrid

Second visit in a month. 1st visit resulted in two horrible Whoppers, stale buns, no flavor. Second was 2 overcooked chicken sandwiches, served cold on stale buns after excessive wait-time. Flat pop in machine. Another drive-thru customer had to come back inside and wait for them to «make» a sandwich they did not put in his takeout bag. Only 4 other people in the store were being served, but our order at 1:30pm still took 10 minutes. Now we know better. This BK has gone the way of the one on Lee Street which also MUST be avoided. Sad. I always liked BK, but not these two. Give me Checkers anyday, then Wendy’s and finally McDonalds. Sonic is just too much $…
