SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
If t here is –100 stars I would give give !!! This is super annoying!
We sold the house our realtor was Angie McDaniel. The buyer didn’t pay income tax that caused closing process delay big time! then Buyer offer us to pay $ 80 a day until the closing day so we agreed. time goes by a few days before closing day our buyer change their mind they didn’t want pay $ 80 but $ 50 so Angie McDaniel decided pay the difference so we agreed but we didn’t received the money guess what?
Here is her response
«Remember the conversation we had at the beginning of all this about you paying me to oversee the renovations? Well I can send you an invoice for that work and also add the $ 500 that Erin paid for repairs from the inspection, plus the yard work and the cleaning. You would actually end up owing us several hundred dollars, not the other way around. Would you like that invoice? Or do you want to call it a wash and walk away?
I’m completely disgusted by your behavior, especially as a naval officer. Extremely unbecoming.
