This management company needs to evaluate current practice. Below outline some of the issues:1)Failure to provide current and accurate statements of account. It took weeks to get a from management after multiple request; 2) Wrongful assertion of rule violations which lead me to suing the association and the BOD in order to get fees reverse; 3) Poor maintenance of the common areas.
