No one seemed interested in helping me at this store.
I needed a small section of #8 screen which is often used on farms so after checking the big box stores I thought I’d head out to a more rural area and try some smaller hardware stores. This was the first I came to.
Like I said, no one seemed much interested in me. The staff didn’t look up or acknowledge me. When I couldn’t find what I was looking for a couple workers chatting away in a corner seemed a bit put off that I’d interrupted them. And gave no indication they were going to get off their seats to help me look.
I didn’t find what I needed. I was a bit disappointed. Oh, and my wife said the sole unisex bathroom was disgusting. She said something about excess hair and a filthy toilet and it was obvious only men worked there.
