They always have the best prices on the big name appliances. I’m a KitchenAid fan, and these guys beat any internet based seller I found. I don’t have to worry about shipping hassles, returning products across the country, or calling a sales call center with questions. It’s my go to one stop shop for new construction homes and I recommend them to friends when they need upgrades.

After getting a second home in Alexandria and expanding it three times we’ve finally moved here full time. Because of the renovating we did we had very specific requirements for appliances. Everything we wanted was specific and we didn’t need advice because we had owned the appliances we were ordering in San Francisco, one of our previous homes. We were told that it was simply stupid that we would be looking at those appliances and we should look at what they have in stock. They quoted us $ 3500 for a Bosch washer and dryer (the ones we wanted) and I simply walked away. We don’t need people that know nothing about what they’re selling and then over charge on top of it. Instead we purchased online (something I prefer not to do but in this case, in this limited area what’s the choice?) and we received the washer and dryer we wanted, in addition an amazing Bosch range included for under $ 3000 delivered. Just because we live in a small town does not mean we won’t shop around and ensure we’re not getting screwed. We didn’t and now I’m happy. Just last Monday a new dishwasher arrived at our doorstep. It’s a Bosch, too. Didn’t even check Cullen’s because I’d never shop there again.
