Domino’s Pizza

The girl on the phone was very friendly which was nice. However I ordered a medium one topping pizza and it cost me 12 $. Then when I was picking it up I see a special for 2 medium 2 topping pizzas for 5.99 $ each. .so I could’ve gotten twice the pizza for the same price. .its just irritating that she didn’t even mention the idea to me on the phone. I feel that was poor customer service.
Also as far as food quality goes i think domino’s ingredients have gone down in their taste/​quality. Kinda taste like frozen pizza with little flavor in the cheese and crust. Since I eat plain cheese pizza I notice things like that lol

I have been ordering from this Domino’s for several years and I“m a loyal customer. Two months ago, I received a buffalo wings order that was eaten from. When I called, they told me they will credit my account. Later, I made another order, and asked them for the credit, and they told me it’s not showing up on my account. Yesterday, I got a delivery of two pizza boxes and a pasta. The delivery man did not deliver my soda. when i called them back, they asked me if I was «sure» he hadn’t given it to me. I paid $ 32 worth of food, and certainly wasn’t going to try to get a free soda out of it. I called back several times and they told me he will bring it. He never came. I spoke to the manager and several staff members. None of them apologized. They told me the delivery man was a «religious pastor» and he wouldn’t lie. That was the last time I will ever order from this branch.

About a 2 – 2.5: Domino’s has been around since 1960, offering a variety of pizza (build-​your-​own, American Legends, and Feast), sandwiches, pastas, boneless & bone-​in chicken, breads, and desserts. This location is the closest to where I live, so sometimes we call for a pick-​up order. The pizzas here are a little less tasty than the other Domino’s locations, as the amount of marinara is a bit overwhelming, and the temperature of the pizza can be uneven and not cooked all the way through. I usually stick to the thin crust Pepperoni or Pineapple, and sometimes, the crust can be crispy and crunchy, while other times, it can be totally blacked and burnt!

I saw an advertisement at my community pool stating a special to be delivered right to the pool. I called and was put on hold immediately, as per usual, so no big deal. When the person on the other end came back I asked for the special and he did not know what it was. He asked me to tell him what the special was. Luckily I am honest. He could not get the order correct. It was simply a medium pepperoni pizza and two 20 ounce drinks (not exactly mind blowing). I then gave him the address which he struggled with, as he wanted an address for the pool and not the apartment building (odd, I don’t know of a single building that has a separate address for its amenities). I had to say it over and over and he kept getting it wrong. He then put me on hold again, and another person came back. This person asked me to order again and also could not get the address on the first try. Then he asked me what the special was and minced it as well. Finally, when I got the order through to him, he repeated it back completely wrong. I said, «whatever close enough (to myself),» and paid for it. Once we hung up, I realized that through all the frustration, neither one of them had even asked me for my name or phone number. Anyone’s guess whether this pizza even arrives today. It hasn’t yet…

Ordered online and had the pizza delivered within 20 minutes! It was so fast and was delivered hot. Extravaganza feast Pizza was baked perfectly! Thank you!

This location is literally right across the street, and usually, they’re pretty good. They’re the only place we order from. I’m not really a pizza fan, but I love their build your own pasta option.
Sometimes, though, they’re not so good. A few mistakes every so often is nothing to complain about — everyone is human. But they always make the same mistakes almost every time. My pasta has been screwed up on a number of occasions. I always order the same one — Alfredo, ham, green pepper, and shredded parm — and I’ve been given the wrong sauce, or usually, they add the chicken into it and I don’t like the chicken they serve, personally.
I’ve only called to complain once, because if I can eat what they give me, I will. But the one time I couldn’t so I called. I told the man what happened, and said I wanted another pasta. It took several minutes for him to understand me and I had trouble understanding him as well. I told him I wanted to build my own pasta, to which he told me was impossible. When I told him I did it all the time, he put me on hold and then came back. I reordered my pasta and then he tried to make me pay for it. When I explained, once more, that my pasta was wrong and I was not paying for another, he put me on hold to speak to a manager and the process had to start all over again.
They also always forget what the door code is, and when they call and I try to give it to them, they can’t seem to figure it out so I have to go down and get them.
Overall, I give them 3 stars. You usually can’t go wrong with them. I’ll continue to order probably once a week.

Don’t order anything here! They are not clean! The phily steak pizza was terrible, it was impossible to eat because of large amount of vinegar in the sauce. It looked like they poured it with vinegar.

Love domino’s pizza, but this location is a royal pain! I pay on line only to have them say I ordered cash, have to fuss and talk to the store manager and food is cold before I can at it! Don’t bother ordering extra cheese, no matter if you order triple cheese, three shreds of cheese on the pizza. Guess Valentino’s is the way to go.

Ordered on line and my food was delivered in record time. Wings and pasta was excellent and made to my specific order. You can’t go wrong with Dominos. This particular location always gets your order correct and delivers on time.

To be honest I don’t even remember the last time I ordered from dominos. Which is usually a reason in itself for me to stay away. Been hearing how they have come up, they really have. The spinach artisan pizza was so amazing. Had the bacon and tomato chicken which was also really good and as far as I can remember they didn’t have salads before so I was glad to be able to order that as well to at least pretend I’m being somewhat healthy. I normally only order pizza from valentinos but dominos definitely surprised me.

I love Dominos, and this place in particular consistently delivers really quickly, usually 20 – 25 minutes. I’ve almost never gotten cold or stale food. Their super fast delivery and hot, fresh food gives them a gold star in my book.

This Dominos manager, Saj was very kind to rectify the mishap of my pizza being made wrong two times last night. Therefore, I ordered one carry out special and received 3 pizzas. I was a little disheartened my pizza wasn’t made right the first time because it was a long day but Saj was very friendly.

So we thought pizza on a Friday would be a great idea for dinner. My dad called in an order to this location and said it would be ready for me to pick up after work. Not so much I arrive and they couldn’t find the order. So now I’m waiting on a new order with a minimal discount.

Horrible quality of service.

The pizza delivery was really fast. This was the best pizza I’ve ever had. The crust was perfectly cooked and the flavor was just the way I wanted it. It had a little garlic taste to the crust. I ordered extra sauce, cheese, and toppings and they didn’t skimp on any of it. I also ordered wings which had good flavor. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I love the pies they deliver from this location. Always pipin hot and delicious. I would give 5 stars but the drivers ALWAYS forget peppers and parm even when requested at order time.

OMG. the homemade pan pizza is the bomb. I get the Pacific Veggie no olives. Delivery is super fast and friendly. Love them.

I love dominos specialty pizzas… The steak and cheese pizza is so good! It tastes like a sub. The duke st location is the best… Trust me!

Dominos has gotten so much better with their new recipe. We can always order and expect our pizza no more than 20 min later. Get the hand toss pep and you will love it. No coupon needed, they always have a good deal

Darn coupon! My bf has a thing for coupons… if he gets one he HAS to use it! so yes we got a Domino’s coupon. I agreed to go for the 2 topping $ 5.99 pizza. He got philly steak and green peppers… the guy said that was not part of the special, after arguing that philly steak was listed under toppings we continued the order of my other pizza, spinach and mushroom. My bf also got chicken wings. The crust was dusted with this annoying garlic powder, the spinach were small whole leaves the poor things did not survive the heat and were welted yuck… the mushrooms were just plain. Overall I stick with better pizza like Valentino’s or Edgardo’s if it wasn’t for the darn coupon!
