Great food. Great service. The manager guy puts in his best and makes sure that every customer goes back happy. Definitely one of the good dominos outlets.

Pizza delivery took over an hour, from the time I ordered until it was delivered. When the driver came to the door — she handed me a chocolate cookie completely melted. She said she could go back to the store. I said no thank you & asked her to remove the item from the order. She then became belligerent & told me it was not her fault. The folks at the store did that. I was very short with her — as I did not want to say anything cross. I signed my receipt & asked her to step out of my doorway. She again repeated that it was not her fault & told me — I did not need to close the door on her. Was she expecting me to invite her in for cold pizza & cold chicken??? I called the store & had them void the order. I will not be ordering from dominos again. Order from Monterey Pizza.

It’s fast food pizza, what do you expect?! Also it’s pretty much a given that they will somehow screw up your order…

I’ve only ordered twice from this location but my experience was a good one. The first time that I ordered I tried to place my order online so that when I got there, it’d be ready. Unfortunately when I got to the store my order didn’t go thru, but the manager on duty (I don’t know his name) took my order and had it ready in less than 10 mins. I used to be a manager at a pizza place too and I understand that when you’re a manager you have a lot of things to do and the customer always come first no matter what and I felt that. Good job domino’s !

Dominos is not 5 star food, probably not even 4 star food. However, for what it is, this Dominos (on the corner of N Henry and Oronoco) never gets an order wrong and is always fast to deliver in rain or shine. Even when they are closed for walk-​ins they will take your order at the door and bring it out to you as «delivery».
Not sure about a previous reviewer, perhaps they got a bad driver, but I’ve never been given any issues about tipping on the receipt.

Tried to order from this place 4÷14÷2014, never received my pizza — let me begin. My husband and I were driving home and hadn’t eaten in the past 8 hours or so and we were both very hungry. We had the thought to order Domino’s so that the pizza would arrive right when we got home. So we are like 20 minutes out and called up and ordered delivery.
We arrive home and start waiting for the pizza to arrive — an hour passes and I decide to call to see what was up. FINALLY I was able to get someone on the phone after having to listen to an obnoxious amount of automated nonsense. I ask the person on the phone whats going on (same one my husband had ordered from an hour prior) and he informs me that the driver is on his way and the pizza will arrive within 5 – 10 minutes.
15 minutes passes by and the pizza still isn’t at our doorstep so I call again — again takes nearly 5 minutes for this guy to pick up the phone. He then tells me that the driver is lost and can’t find our address (which makes zero sense because we have ordered from these guys before.) As I am speaking to the rude guy working the phones, I get an incoming call from what I assume is the driver. So I pick up and the guy isn’t making any sense.
Instead of calling ME back, I have to call their location a THIRD time and at this point I am so annoyed I am not even sure I want the pizza. The guy who took our order apologized to me, however, he didn’t try to make anything better by like, oh I don’t know, delivering the pizza for free! He simply told me, «I have a new one in the oven for you now, we got a little slammed, it’ll be delivered to you as soon as its done.»
Anyways, at this point it had been 80 minutes since we placed the order (possibly more), so I tell him to not even bother delivering the pizza. There not only was a total absence of customer service, but I mean, cmon its Dominos! If they can’t do delivery in a timely manner then they have absolutely no business even existing. I would never order from this location again.

My go to store closed and move to the Richmond highway location. As luck would have it, I didn’t know about this location until I was about to check out online.
The driver in question was nice and pleasant until I gave him the receipt; He was expecting CASH tip instead of the tip on the receipt. He had a sour look on his face when I gave it back to him.
Yeah, I won’t be ordering from this location anymore.
