I originally called and made an appointment to tint my entire car. When I got to the site, Cesar recommended that I leave the factory tint on the back windows and helped me match the front windows to the factory tint. I was in-​and-​out in 45 minutes.
Cesar did an exceptional job with the tints and was honest in the opinion he provided. I will definitely be going back to him for future tints.

I called around 10am asking if the work can be completed that day. Cesar adjusted his schedule, took my car at 11am and completed the work within 2 hours. His pricing is on par with the other shops I called.
He was extremely courteous and patient answering all the questions on my admittedly OCD list. The work looked fabulous. If there are any future issues with the tint I am confident he will gladly repair them.

I had heard Cesar did a fabulous job on previous tint jobs. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to use him because on our scheduled appointment day, he didn’t show up for our 9:15 a.m. appointment because his phone had died and therefore his alarm clock didn’t wake him up. By the time he called me at 11:00 a.m., I had found another place that actually took me the same day (ended up driving straight from Cesar’s to their place) and they did a fabulous job.

Tucked away in a residential neighborhood. You would think you were at the wrong location. But anyway. My car only took about an hours or so. I only had the back windows done. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent work. Make sure you call for an appointment.

Cesar was great! I waited while he did the job. He completed it in the time estimate he gave me when I arrived. Also, he answered all the questions I had for him. Cesar has done both of my vehicles– a Highlander and an Audi S4. His work is pure art. He currently rents a garage to perform his masterful work-​a non traditional setting. However, his work is just magnificent. As an active duty military guy, I was blown away by his commitment and can-​do attitude. Five star service. I’ll pick this guy over any of the big shops in Arlington or Alexandria anyday!

Just got back from Cesar at Exceptional Tint. He is fast and professional and has great rates. I needed to get my tint removed asap and he quickly worked me into his schedule the same day and finished the job under his estimate. I would thoroughly recommend Cesar.
